Incompetent staff and bad coffee is what i paid for. Cath coffee just outside of Macy’s inside the mall makes quality coffee. Starbucks quality has gone down over the years and i don't see it getting better.
I waited over 30mins just for a frape to be made incorrectly. Very slow and rude behavior.
