“Absolutely love the pumpkin pancakes so much, that I get them every visit! And summer the lemon blueberry. We ask for Layla every time, she knows what we drink and brings them before we ever ask. She jokes with my husband which he loves. She's funny, super sweet and such a great waitress. We've been coming here for a few months now, after leaving another pancake place, because of the food and service here. We bring all of out out of town guests here and upon a return visit this is where they want to come. Layla makes each visit the best part of our day!“

The Great: We were there for the Richard Elliot show and it was nothing short of amazing. The acoustics were AMAZING!
The Good: fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff.
The Meh: The drinks were good although the whiskey selection was pretty basic.

“Ate here Saturday and it was amazing. The wait staff were awesome. We started out with their signature onion rings. Soooo Good and crispy !!three of our group had the tenderloin and it was phenomenal. Tender crispy. Yummy. Two of our group got the beef and noodles and they were amazing and flavorful. I had the sunrise burger!! So good and juicy. We had a group of 8 and they were able to accommodate us. It’s very retro it’s like a step back in time“

To learn the history on the slippery noodle inn tour was one of our favorite parts! “In on a work trip from Alabama, and this was by far the best meal we had. One of the best I have ever had. Violet was amazing and so attentive. We shared the Alfredo fries, and I had the fillet and cheesecake for desert. The atmosphere was amazing. She even gave us a tour of the building.“

“I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the Aristocrat. It was warm, moody, historic, and very ambient all at once. Each piece of decor was very interesting to look at and had a bit of history to it. The food was great as well, I recommend their house burger or fish and chips. Service was great.“

“I was driving through Cumberland on HWY 40 and drove past a sign that read SEROS Family Dining - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner…… I came back the very next day to find out if this place was what I thought it was? Indeed it was, the entire place reminded me of diners back home in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. The breakfast was amazing , I had the grilled pork chops and eggs, my wife had the Capri Scrambler. The portions of food are HUGE! Let me tell you , we will be back, can’t wait to try the dinner menu!!! I highly recommend. I’m a little less homesick…..“

“Flower Child is a cute, welcoming space, and one of the biggest wins for us is how many options my celiac wife can actually have. That is not something we’re used to, so it’s really nice to go somewhere where she has more than one or two safe choices.

The food is consistently good, even when a dish doesn’t completely land for me. Some of the spice combinations are very much in the fusion category, and while I’ve never had a bad meal here, a few things have been more “interesting” than amazing. No shade at all, just part of the adventure.

If you’re a picky eater, I’d recommend sticking with the fan favorites. But if you’re open to trying something a little different, this is a fun spot with a lot of solid options.“

“The food was incredible. A few buddies and I were looking for somewhere to go for dinner and stumbled upon this gem. Really nice homely looking place. The server was very attentive, even asked if we needed more queso for our nachos which I've NEVER experienced anywhere before. We got steak nachos and pretzel bites for the table you could tell everything was made from scratch in house. The queso, quac, sour cream, and cheddar cheese dip were impeccable. I got the brisket burger and it's legitimately one of the best burgers I've ever had. My friends got the chili cheeseburger and pulled pork burger and were just as astonished with the quality as I was. Everything was very well done and at a very reasonable price.

The only critique I have is that I wish the sweet potato fries came salted, but I salted them with the salt at the table. So it's really just a nitpick. This place is awesome and we will definitely be coming back!“

“Our food was great, our server was sweet but a bit scattered. Two people told her of a birthday at the table and she had to be reminded at the end of the meal. There was a request for apple juice for a child and it never came. We couldn't find her so flagged down another server who got it immediately.
