As a person who loves all things culinary, I decided to take the Steak Grilling Class. I had passed this place billions of times but never went in. I was truly surprised.In the corner of the hardware store is a swanky, cozy eatery that leads to an outdoor area with grills and other yard accessories.In this class we were served a 3 course meal, given some grilling information and did hands on with the ribeyes.It was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to sign up for more.
I had the pleasure of attending a wine dinner at Sully's restaurant and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The main course of rack of lamb was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and full of flavor. But the real star of the show was the dessert, a light crusted raspberry and chocolate dish that was simply divine.
