“Carlos was amazing! I had the butter cake and sherbert! And my friend had the cheese cake I know it's strange but we came out for desert. It was an amazing place. The music is a vibe and it's a place to visit........ I will return at a later time to indulge in a meal.“
“First time dining at Salt on Mass tonight and it was a home run! My family and I had such a good time and the food and service was top notch. Our server Christopher was awesome from the start with a great personality and on point recommendations. Our food was hot and delicious, cooked to perfection and at a cost we were not at all mad about being in the heart of downtown and ordering almost everything off the menu. We can’t wait to go back!“
“First time I visited this spot we dined in. It was very small and tables were too close for my comfort which is why I gave 3 stars. It is very quaint and service was prompt. The food is exquisite and very true to cultural expectations which was refreshing and enjoyable!Since our first time I have ordered through DoorDash several times and have ordered the chicken kabobs.“
“The pizza is delicious!! The cheese is real thick n tasty. You will love the sauce and crust!! It’s nothing like it here. It’s not the biggest so you will need more then one for a family. But it’s worth very penny! The empanada combo is great! The chicken one is my favorite but the beef is yummy too! The churros have lots of cinnamon too. This place is worth the drive out west!“
“Crunchy shrimp tacos=GREAT‼️There WERE 4, but I couldn’t wait and ate the 1st delicious one quickly!! ??vodka tonic!Heading down to their Speakeasy “Bootleggers” next ~. An awesome evening out!BJ-bartender, wonderful!!!Chef Glenn Brown, wonderful!!!Get yourself out to the FLATIRON!?????“
“We saw the stars for this little coffee place and we were not disappointed. We started with just a plain cup of coffee and it was so smooth and rich. Later I tried the Honey Lavender Latte and it was amazing. I didn't get the name of our barista but he was very friendly and knew how to make you feel you like a friend around his coffee table. I will definitely go there again when I'm in Indy.“
“Was looking for Brunch on maps and decided to check it out on a whim. And the food was amazing!!! We watched them making biscuits by scratch in the back. Food took a while to come, but knowing it was all made from scratch made the wait worth it. Would go back if I’m in town!“
“Stopped in at 9 PM the other night with a group of 6. One bartender working. He was accommodating, friendly, and attentive despite it being nearly closing time. One of the group wanted a non-alcoholic hot drink. He quickly offered to make her something off menu. Industrial vibe, but not cold and sterile. Well made, strong Old Fashioneds with Luxardo cherries. Will return when we have more time.“
“Great place for breakfast or lunch. I got the steak salad and it was amazing. I added gyro meat and extra avocado. The quality was excellent as was the service. I really liked their coffee as well. Our server and the owner Gina went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. Gina is so friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her. I can't wait to return. We almost went to Cafe Patachu. I am so glad we chose this over that. There were way more options. I am doing a keto diet and I found plenty of options. My husband loved the french toast. He said the bacon and potatoes were hot and crispy. The eggs were hot and fluffy. It's really hard to find quality food with good service. This place is it! To top it all off the ambiance was very unique and special. We loved the Hawaiian theme and tasteful unique decor. Please come support this lovely locally owned business.“
“Best place to go for ice cream craving. They have a very large selection of different flavors with different toppings and an affordable price. They also have a collaboration with the cheesecake ladies so they can put cheesecake bites in any of your ice cream. They have milkshakes, splits, and I think they even have Boba, the staff are always very friendly and the service is quick. There is not a lot of indoor seating but they do have some chairs outside as well and sometimes it's nice to sit there later in the day eating your ice cream with your loved one!“
“Cute place! We went during all star weekend so it became packed very fast lol. But cute bar, all the games are free. One issue we had was getting an uber, they for some reason can't go in front of the bar but if you walk to the corner they can get you. Definitely coming back when it's a bit warmer outside!“
“Love this place! They are know. For their tenderloin which is amazing. There are so many more gems! Pork nachos with their own smoked pork, greuben sandwich, berry greens salad and their fish tacos are always great choices. Their soups are made from scratch and delicious. They have a wide selection of beers on tap and a box of wines to choose from for 1/2 price. Staff is friendly and very proficient.“
“8th Day Distillery is such a hidden gem, and now one of my favorite spots to meet up with friends. Parking is easy, as you can park along the street or in the parking lot. The interior has a cool, industrial vibe. I loved their cocktail menu, as it was creative and everything I tried was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I can't wait to come back for the new menu!“
“A cool, laid back coffee shop! I ordered the fireside which is not on their regular menu right now, but it didn’t seem a problem and they made me a delicious one. I asked for it less sweet and it was perfect… lots of choices and the service is QUICK and friendly. When I’m in the Fountain Square area, I always get a coffee here!“
“I wandered in here because the restaurant had great reviews on a gluten free rating website, and I am so glad I did. Walking in immediately brought to mind the tiny greek restaurants I’ve been to - a good start. I asked for hummus with cucumbers instead of pita, and from then on, my waitress was sure to take spectacular care of me. First - the hummus was excellent. Then she brought out a sampling of different dips. I do not usually like eggplant, but this was so good! She let me know that most of the meat dishes were easily gluten free, so I ordered the pork souvlaki. The salad was excellent- just the right amount of oregano. The souvlaki really stole the show though. It’s incredible. Perfectly cooked, flavored better than any meat I’ve had before. That sounds dramatic, but it really feels more like an understatement. The beans were delicious and the tzatziki was thick and creamy. This is hands down the best greek restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure to eat at. The service here is fabulous - both my waitress and the waiter were so lovely, kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat whenever I am in Indianapolis!Dietary restrictions: They were so accommodating for gluten free!“
“Lick's ice cream is so delicious! Today, I tried their almond chocolate ice cream bar. Yum! My kids had cookies and cream and the Happy Pride ice creams. Needless to say...empty bowls at the end. Thank you Meredith and Kelly for your passion for great ice cream made from wholesome ingredients!“
“So many dazzling Chai options in this understated cafe! I tried the ginger chai, and it was piping hot and delicious. I couldn't pass up the homemade samosa, which came with 2 sauces; flavorful and filling. Cannot wait to come back and try the other chai drinks they have!“
“Stopped by for some dinner with my daughter. One of only a handful of breweries that I'm aware of that are kid-family.The outside area was nice, a little too chilly for me on this visit, but others were out there by heaters. The food was good. The restaurant staff was nice even when I clearly hadn't been there before and asked a dumb question. Bar staff was friendly as well. Only had one beer and it was pretty good. Will have to try them again on another trip.“
“Amazing. The burger was SO GOOD! Love that there's such a delicious vegan spot in Indianapolis; We need more of that! Service was exceptional as well. Everyone was really friendly and the employees are super hardworking! I came at a busy time so I was expecting to wait and would not have minded at all but unfortunately it came time that I had to leave and be somewhere so I went up to get a refund but the owner moved my order up and I still got to enjoy my burger! Overall fantastic first experience and would definitely go again and recommend to friends, vegan or non-vegan!Dietary restrictions: Vegan!“
“Everyone is as super cool. I got the Sando and it was amazing. I was so impressed with how the flavor didn’t stop and was consistent throughout. I did the medium plus heat because i like spice and I won’t have a problem moving up a stage or two. This spot is a must try. We even came in 10mins before close and our food came out hot and fresh like it was the first order of the day. Can’t wait to come back and bring friends.“

Dietary restrictions: Smart bacon options, small salads, fruits, andddd... vegan cookies ? ?Kid-friendliness: Booster seats. Changing space“
“The good vibes are in abundance at this wonderful coffee & tea shop. I love the variety of options & flavors that are available and how the ladies here always work with their patrons to ensure each beverage is of the highest quality. The ambiance is light and calming with nice artwork all around and some cool merchandise to purchase. Although I have always gotten my orders to go I can see how one would be able to spend some quality time here working or meeting someone. My personal favorite order is the Vanilla Cardamom (I ask for mines to be made into a latte with oat milk) with a "Buttered" addition. What I appreciate most is the warm, caring energy from the ladies that work here and love that goes into each beverage.“
“Passing through Indy and found Futuro through some Reddit research. We loved the Detroit-style pizza (not a common style in Chicago where we live). The thin tavern style was average. I would focus on the Detroit pies. Very filling… the small size serves 1-2… definitely round up to 2! Very friendly and hospitable. We would highly recommend Futuro!“
“We had an amazing time here! Got to the cafe at around 11:30 and got seated right away at the bar. Connor, our server, was super friendly. Food came out shortly after it was placed. Make sure you try their famous cinnamon toast! Parfait and chili were delicious too. Parking was easy, a ton of street parking available. Would definitely come back again!“
“Cute little burger place just off Washington St in Irvington. Outdoor area for when the weather is nice plus an indoor dining room. We got doubles with waffle fries and it was more food than we needed. I got mine with a gluten free bun and I was really happy with it. It actually tasted good without being too dry or crumbly. We will be back especially when it gets warmer out!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free buns available for an additional cost.Parking: There is a small parking lot just south of the restaurant but it is awkwardly situated. Street parking is also available.“
“Lindsey took care of me and was so kind and pleasant to have assisting me with my order. She was very helpful in recommending what to try based on my personal preferences of drinks I tend to like. This was especially helpful as I have never been here before until that day. I asked if she was a manager and honestly was shocked since she was so professional that she wasn’t yet. She’s definitely a star employee and I hope she gets promoted to management if she decides that for herself! She’s definitely who I will be looking for next time I swing by since she gave such an awesome recommendation!“
“As unbelievable as this may sound, not a single state has an official sandwich. And after eating the unofficial state sandwich of Indiana I think I know why. First things first though, according my extensive internet research, the official unofficial state sandwich of Indiana is the Pork Tenderloin. And if you are only going to eat one, which was the plan, then it should be eaten at the Aristocrat Pub & Restaurant. It comes on a bun (mine was oddly from Toronto) that covers a maximum of 33% of the loin, with lettuce, tomato, and three dill pickle coins and a loin eater's choice of ketchup, mayo and/or mustard (I chose mayo). For some it might be advisable to share. Washed down by a draft Ayinger Lager: Excellent!!! So good in fact I'm thinking I'll share another with Mrs. AAR if the opportunity arises. Oh, yeah, the reason why this great country lacks even one official state sandwich¹ may be the same reason this country can't provide adequate health care . . . politics. In Indiana's case House Bill 1143 has languished since 2023 possibly due to pushback from the Polish sausage and fried brain sandwich lobby. ¹ According to Wikipedia the "Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese," is the only official state sandwich. It was made "official" by the New Jersey governor on May 25, 2023, though this might just be due to the Taylor Swift's impending visiting to MetLife Stadium. Either way it has not been been approved by the state legislature.“
“Josh has established his place as the bagel king of Indianapolis. His exploration of bagel breakfast sandwiches continues to delight. One of the most recent iterations, the spicy southerner, emphasizes his place among brunch artists. One cannot skip what is becoming a go to place in Indianapolis.“
“We did some work for the owners of Flatwater and they were beyond hospitable. Barrett, a well known chef there bought us lunch. The Reuben was amazing. We'll be sure to stop in for lunch on our own dime as often as possible! Great place, food, atmosphere, staff and ownership!“
“Positive energy at a nearby watering hole. There are several of possibilities available to everyone of them. Make sure to view the artwork created by nearby artists; nearly all of it is available for purchase. Should you want to throw some bags, there's a corn hole on the patio. They don't have a kitchen, but they do provide bread sticks, Broadripple bagel chips, and Greek pizza available by the slice. Since everyone is quite talkative, you might meet some new people. Have fun!“
“My coffee order was an iced decaf oat milk lavender latte (I know a mouthful haha) and it was amazing! I like my coffee strong and high quality, that's how it tasted to me. With it came my croissant that was decent and flaky. I usually take my coffees to go but the environment seemed inviting enough to the point I had to stay. To give this place more good points, the workers were friendly and quick too!“
“I work nearby and some days I have time to enjoy my lunch outside when the sun is shining. Some of my favorites are the yellow curry (mild) , the crispy chicken, pad Thai fried rice (mild ), the ginger soup that comes with lunch special is yummy too and the wontons. I’ve also tried the glass noodles they weren’t bad, very thin. Service is always good. The Food is ALWAYS GREAT.“
“A family friendly space, with awesome bartenders and a welcoming atmosphere. The beer is absolutely incredible, everything from lagers to IPA’s to sours, there’s something for everyone! Not to mention, food served daily! I love the patio space and hanging outside for a pint or two as well!“
“WOW! We rented out Beholder's Pink Room for our wedding dinner and WOW! Not only was the food f-ing delicious (as always!) but Josh and the staff truly went above and beyond to make the evening special. Leading up to the event, they were responsive and super easy to work with. The service was impeccable and we dream of the six course meal (again- f-ing delicious) and perfect wine pairing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!“
“Tried for the first time tonight and I will definitely be returning!! Everything we tried was fabulous, from the queso to the sopes! They were so so Good!! Very friendly staff (attentive) we had three different people check on us! I would give them 10/10! Must try!!“
“Love love love it! We had the Okimono-can’t spell it, and the brisket wraps but substitute falafel for brisket. As M.C. Hammer would say, it was too legit to quit! My friend has celiac disease and she was able to eat these without any reactions. Great job, guys. Awesome service and cool vibe inside too!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“We ordered Garlic Bread, Eggplant meatballs (forgot what it was called on the menu) & Calamari for appetizers & they all were delicious. So were the pizzas we ordered for dinner. And the Tiramisu was definitely one of the best I have had in Indy so far.“
“Awesome dive bar. My group was looking for a Thursday night trivia spot and stumbled into Sam's after all the tables at Chilly Water were full. So glad we did, we had a blast and loved the trivia vibe there. The decor makes the place feel warm and inviting, we loved trying out the lottery ticket machine and everyone (whether or not they were participating in trivia) clearly was having a great time. I was also pleasantly surprised at their non-alcoholic beer selection. This will definitely be my group's regular weekly night trivia spot! Looking forward to coming early next time to scope out a comfortable table and try some pizza.“
“Great coffee shop with a roaster on site. Really cool old building complex. Go through the metal wrought iron gate to find the entrance. Good space to hang out with friends. Large outdoor space for hanging out also. Love the whole vibe of the place. The coffee drinks were great as well. I always get cappuccino and it was great.“
“As a person who loves all things culinary, I decided to take the Steak Grilling Class. I had passed this place billions of times but never went in. I was truly surprised. In the corner of the hardware store is a swanky, cozy eatery that leads to an outdoor area with grills and other yard accessories. In this class we were served a 3 course meal, given some grilling information and did hands on with the ribeyes. It was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to sign up for more.“
“This little coffee bar located near Garfield park is one of the nicer places in the city to grab a cup of coffee! This place is located in the Tube Factory which is slowly helping us native Hoosiers become a bit more cultured! Whether you want to sit and chat over a nice brew, meander through the art, or lock it in in the back corner like a mindless drone and get some work done this is the coffee place for you! The baristas don't care why you're there, they're just happy to see you! We've had nothing but great encounters! Parking can be hard to come by so get there early and stay there late!“
“Great selection of beer, good prices, love the atmosphere, bathrooms, and bar area clean and welcoming. Small business and a great stop for anyone who loves microbrew. Can get full pours or even do a flight to see what you like before you get a full pour. They also feature local artists, have beer yoga, live music now and then, and serve some snacks (no on-site kitchen) have indoor and outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Dogs welcome in the outside seating area. I have been going there since at least, 2018.Just a few pics of the brews I love there. But not all of them, that I love. ? (I like Darks/Stouts and coffee flavored beers)“
“Friends, if you’ve not been to Traders Brewing Company yet, run, don’t walk. Check out the Trippy Little Hippy, it’s delicious. We recently discovered this best kept secret and can’t wait to go back. Very cool vibe, great customer service and good beer. They also offer Euchre Nights and Music Bingo. We can’t wait to go back.“
“Great food & service! Ambiance is on point, quaint & love the lights inside the bar We lived down the street from here for 4 years & only went a handful of times because the hours are very limited, especially for a bar but it's a lovely little spot. They have a ton of outdoor seating in the summertime & sometimes have a band play.“
“Fresh food, generous portions, friendly staff, great service, great pricesWasn't the best service this evening but still a great place with great staff and atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility at side entrance. Staff willing to move tables for accommodation if the tables have become an obstruction to prevent accessibility. More accessible for wheelchair than almost 90% of other restaurants that have tables less than 3ft space to walk between“
“I had the burger and fries. Very good. And our server, Sarah was very pleasant, had a nice attitude and did a great job.Dietary restrictions: My daughter is vegan, and wife restricting her diet. Sarah got it all right, and they enjoyed their meals.Kid-friendliness: We had 2 toddlers and 3 young boys and 4 adults. Staff was very kind and patient with them got their kids meals out quickly.“
“Bartender Shay was on point! I was there two days watching the mens and womens NCAA tournament. It was extremely busy yet she took the time to connect with every guest. First time there, definitely not the last. Hope Shay is behind the bar again!“
“I got married here in October 2023 and this was sucha great venue. You food, space, bartenders and staff made everything go easy and fun that day. You guys will always have a special place in my heart. But as for the rest. side, the brisket grilled cheese is my favorite sandwich ever sometimes I just find myself thinking abt it randomly.“
“Came when they had a line outside and a line inside. No one seemed to be getting helped outside so we went in to see what was up. Couple of teenagers trying their best. We waited in line and were helped pretty quickly. One kid working seemed to take his job too seriously. He started yelling at people to take a ticket after we cashed out. They had seemed a little disheveled but it had been working out. Ice cream was decently priced and I LOVED all the flavors available. Definitely coming back!“
“Amazing cocktails and mocktails. Sad at how much I like this place bc I hate leaving my home but will definitely make the trip downtown for this place. The staff was so kind and helpful and I really liked the vibe. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to try more items. We have two appetizers. They were amazing!“
