“Very good appetizers, the crab artichoke dip is officially one of my favorites now. But sadly after spending so much on the twin lobster tails I was severely disappointed. I could barely cut the meat, let alone chew it… had to spit out two bites because it wasn't chewable…. I had to get a steak knife to even attempt to cut it and even then had to tug and rip just to get bite sized pieces. All the effort to be chewing what felt like pure connective tissue and no meat with every bite. I was so excited as it was my birthday dinner as well, live and learn. If I come back again I’ll stick to appetizers and maybe a burger or something for my entree./update. They personally reached out to me to apologize for my experience and refunded my mother, who paid for my birthday dinner, in full for the lobster tails. I truly believe it was just an unfortunate one off. I should have sent them back when I first had the problem. But I’m too polite and non-confrontational for my own good.“

“First time I have been here an I think I found my favourites locally owned coffee shop to work from an have meetings. Food options are plenty, my sandwich was perfect. Not loud w music so it was easy to work from.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options to choose from.Kid-friendliness: There weren’t any kids when I was there but there is space if they need to run around.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps in either entrance.“
“You cannot go wrong with World Famous HotBoys and now with 2 locations in Indy, they are here to rule! HotBoys USP is chicken, chicken and more chicken. Get tenders, or the famous sando or just about anything on their menu is perfection in every way! From presentation to the taste, I wasn’t disappointed today. I had a long chat with the owner and he opened their 2nd branch just because the first one was doing so so well and that doesn’t come as a surprise at all! Carmel location is way more spacious and has a huge patio with a heating furnace for winters. Really cool with a karaoke bar, a bar and a spotless clean space good for any get together or party.My chicken tenders were juicy, decently spiced and paired so well with coleslaw! Chefs kiss! and I will be back soon!“

I thought Chris outdid himself by using the freshest/best ingredients... maple syrup from Vermont, pecans from Georgia, etc. Come to find out that is 'just the way he runs his business's. “The cutest restaurant on Main! The day I visited the staff was behind and they were up front about being behind. They asked if we could wait 15 mins. so that the staff could catch up. I did not mind and they also were very thankful in return.The menu presented refreshing options for this Carmel resident. It’s one of a kind and the food was delicious. I tried the blackened tilapia sandwich and my husband had the short rib and pimento grilled cheese. We both found our choices satisfactory. I also had the side of coconut rice and black beans which was slightly sweet as expected and still great. As for our appetizer the crab and artichoke dip was delightful.This is a must try for everyone!“

“Phoebe was our server/bartender. She went out of her way to accommodate our special request for a variation of a mocktail. Even though it felt like we were getting royal treatment, I got the impression she treats everyone that way. It's hard to find people who really put their heart into their work but she is clearly one of them. We felt very welcome and will definitely be back and will look for Phoebe.“

“This place has an incredible range of food and is a great place to get quick service on the way home and actually get a meal that isn't loaded with saturated fat (for those that aren't worried about that they have plenty of options that aren't healthy too). I recommend the bowls as they are the most well rounded. The Cuban in particular has plantain, yuca, rice, beans, and pork.Dietary restrictions: Options for the gluten intolerant. I also avoid soy and dairy as well which there are options for here also.“

Very satisfied, though if you've been to any of the other nearby Cunningham group restaurants (including other Bru Burgers) you basically know what to expect in terms of good burgers and service. If I were to have a stroke from eating one of those yummy burgers again, Community Health Network and Riverview aren't too far away because time is tissue.Side note: there was a group of kids playing soccer in the parking lot when we left? Didn't seem like a good place for that given that there were a lot of cars parked and people are gonna be driving in and out. Idk seemed sus to me“

“I typically order from the store once a week now for the past several months. Service is adequate and the pizza is very good, albeit pricey. I have only ever had a couple of instances where I’ve needed to call to find out what happened to my pizza. Usually received it within about 20 minutes after. One of the better pizza joints in town.“

However, I always have to give a shout out for exceptional service and customer care! I like this Starbucks location in general. Lots of seating...plenty of power outlets for laptops...not too congested. Overall great vibes. But I just got blown away by a top level interaction from my barista Clara! I walked in and started out a little bummed when she informed me that the syrup for the nitro cold brew I wanted was out. It happens...first world problems. However, I immediately see the gears turning as Clara begins thinking of ways to make something similar and comes up with a drink that I ended up liking even BETTER than my original order. She totally could've just stared at me blankly while waiting for me to come up with plan B. Instead, she turned a potential disappointment into a customer service highlight.
