“We had a great experience here! Despite putting in a large order with no advance notice, the baristas were cheerful and incredibly fast getting it filled! I love the theme of the coffee shop! There were lots of tables and though we didn't try the food, it looked delicious. The food did look pretty pricey for what it was. The drinks were good - just could've been a little sweeter for our tastes. They definitely had fun flavor options and a wide variety of options.“

“When I tell you I love this place. You have no idea I live about 2 hours away and will make a trip JUST to go here and eat. The burgers are fun unique and so appetizing. “Looked online to find an authentic French baguette. Sent my husband on a 20 minute drive to buy a loaf. The lady on the phone said that their baker had learned to make the baguettes in France so they were indeed authentic. Husband returned with a $5.00 loaf and when I cut into the very small loaf, it looked like a whole grain piece of bread fom Kroger or Fresh Market. It did not taste like a French loaf nor did it have the texture of a French baguette. So disappointed in the whole experience and will definitely not return for bread!“

“Love them so much because the matcha lattes are so darn good here! Most likely the best matcha in Indiana in my opinion. I live downtown Indianapolis but make it a point to visit every time I’m in Carmel. Please trust me on this because I am from Los Angeles and I love Community Goods and this is the most comparable to the matcha lattes I’ve had in LA AND Miami. The Tiramisu Matcha Latte was so so good! I also tried strawberry and it was delicious. 🍓 🍵“

“I've been wanting to go here for awhile! on an early Saturday afternoon, we finally went. everyone was very pleasant and patient with our family (toddler and infant.) although we didn't have to use the changing table in the bathroom, it was appreciated that they had one. the service was prompt and the food was absolutely delicious. we had the pulled pork sandwich, salmon salad, and kids Mac and cheese with beans/rice. no complaints! our waitress Sue was fantastic. we will be back!“

“The owners are wonderful caring people. I have dealt with thousands of companies throughout the United States with my business, and they are by far the most dedicated to customer service I have experienced. Although a little bit of a drive, this location is well worth the service you will receive. We have now moved our business to them and will use them only for all future orders and company orders. We will miss them for a couple of months; they will be closed for winter, but we can always buy a couple of gallons to get us through...LOL If you get a chance and are in the Carmel area, stop by and see what I mean when I say, "Rita's Carmel location is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE done right."“

Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.“

“I fell in love with this restaurant from the very first bite!

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Santa Fe salad was the star of the meal — honestly, I usually never finish an entire salad, but the mix of flavors was so fresh and tasty that I couldn’t stop eating it.

We also ordered mac and cheese, chicken tenders with fries, and the veggie pasta, and every dish was flavorful and well prepared. The atmosphere was wonderful, relaxed, and family-friendly. My daughters were able to play right in front of me while I enjoyed my meal, which made the experience even better.

Great food, great service, and a great environment for families. We will definitely be coming back!

“My favorite hobby is trying local joints from places I travel too. This adventure led me to this joint. I had the Spicy Bee & Bazbeaux Special (half & half). Both were good, but would totally get the Bezbeaux Special again…so tasty! If you enjoy light beers, I recommend Daredevil from a local brewery. My only con is the bottom crust wasn’t as done for me, but that is a personal preference (I typically ask for well done pizza). Would completely recommend to anyone looking for a pizza joint with a vibe!“

“Stopped by the Starbucks on W Main St in Carmel, and it turned out to be a solid location overall. The store itself is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to sit and a nice, open layout. Restrooms were clean, which I always appreciate, especially at a busier spot like this. For how busy it was, the place was packed, but the staff clearly had a system that kept everything moving. I did have to wait a bit longer than usual for my order, but given the volume of customers, it made sense. The biggest downside was the parking lot, which felt messy and unorganized with cars constantly weaving in and out. Once you’re inside, though, the experience is much better. A good stop for coffee if you don’t mind navigating the chaotic parking.
