The food here is absolutely decadent. We’ve eaten here a couple different times and they never fail to impress. The hospitality is top-tier, and the atmosphere is unmatched. 10/10.
Food is always so good! Definitely has become one of my go to spots. Tried the spicy tuna tempura roll and it was so good! I always love getting the ramen! I’d recommend asking for chili sauce or something to add a little kick to the ramen
We absolutely love this place. Great food and service!

Hanami Sushi & Sake Bar is a beautiful, cute, and classy restaurant in Carmel City Center, known for its pink cherry blossom trees and welcoming atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing, delicious, and fantastic, with many highlighting it as a #1 sushi spot. The sushi and sashimi options are spectacular and creative, featuring items like Spanish mackerel and Uni, and the spicy tuna roll is noted as spectacular. Appetizers like the crab ragoons, seafood tower, gyoza, and seaweed salad are delicious, flavorful, and impeccable. For entrees, the teriyaki chicken, pad Thai, and the chicken teriyaki bento box are delicious and generous, though some other entrees like the hibachi meal and Japanese curry received mixed feedback. The restaurant is considered affordable for a family. The service is friendly, quick, and kind. The menu has a good variety for a wide array of Asian pallet expectations, and creative Asian cocktails like the espresso martini are praised. Overall, it is a very clean and dazzling sushi spot that comes highly recommended for sushi, with many planning to return.
