We brought our 6 yo daughter and they did a wonderful job by keeping her happy throughout to prevent any unhappy child moments. “Great little spot. Hard to put my finger on the atmosphere as its order at counter and bring to table style. But they have nice drink options and the basics, tacos, burritos and quesadillas. Had the tacos and they were really good. Awesome tortillas and just simple, in a world where places will shove 10 different things into a taco.

Much more comfortable places to sit than a typical fast casual place.

I say it’s hard because I’m a grown man, and this isn’t my jam, but my wife loved it, agreed the food was “eh” but the cheesecake was delicious. 4 stars because the service was slow, could be short staffed, whatever, most the stars come from the price of the food compared to the taste. ALSO when I went to the restroom, Guy Fieri was making eye contact with me above the urinal, not expecting that in this particular dream land cake shop. 5 stars of the food was great. Not just good, but it’s Carmel, and most places in Carmel are like this. And the Guy thing was strange.”

Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.”

However not sure I would get them again because they left me wanting for more of the amazing chicken which is the real star of the show. I ran out of bites of chicken way before the fries. The cheese and money sauce were both amazing, fries could’ve been a little more done. The money sauce reminded me of Jaggers sauce from Jaggers, which I also love. The chicken seasoning and crispness were great. I went with a mild + level of heat but next time I’ll definitely increase to medium or medium +. My bf got the Sando chicken sandwich medium heat and he really enjoyed his as well. Will definitely return to try a chicken tender meal and that breakfast burrito looks pretty good too. ? also liked the vibe inside and ease of parking at this location. Bathrooms were also nice. Service was excellent and very friendly/ welcoming.”

“Looked online to find an authentic French baguette. Sent my husband on a 20 minute drive to buy a loaf. The lady on the phone said that their baker had learned to make the baguettes in France so they were indeed authentic. Husband returned with a $5.00 loaf and when I cut into the very small loaf, it looked like a whole grain piece of bread fom Kroger or Fresh Market. It did not taste like a French loaf nor did it have the texture of a French baguette. So disappointed in the whole experience and will definitely not return for bread!”

“This place is pretty on the inside and the boba tea and mochi donuts are good. Had a werid experience this morning , got in around 10 15 ish and the employees went out back and just didn't acknowledge us being here . We had 4 orders in and eventually one of us had to start calling out to the employees after around 20mins of waiting lol. The employee did come back in and had this loud documentary playing while making our drinks lol. It was just a werid experience . We had to check multiple times to make sure the place was open and before we called out for an employee we did ring the store a few times as well trying to get anyone's attention. We waited for around 35 mins when we were the only 4 in here. Most of our time was just trying to figure out where an employee was lol .”

We got a free appetizer of the marinated olives (which I loved and I don’t usually like green olives), as well as the Greco salad, hot honey sesame wings, and the destroyer pizza. Everything was delicious (not to mention the incredible vibe with Studio Ghibli playing on the tv) and I’ll definitely be back!”
