We celebrated our wedding anniversary this past Monday evening. The service was extremely good and we found both of our entrées to be perfect. We may not be food critics or gourmet diners but we do know this place offers a quiet environment with good food and good service.
Lovely experience, great service, and wonderful meal. It is the perfect place to eat before a show at the Palladium.
My food was delicious. Unfortunately the server made my French 75 cocktail. It was so sour. She must not have added the simple syrup. I sent it back. Instead of making a fresh one she just added simple syrup to it. In order to mix well it needed to be shaken. I just think if vivante wants to be on the level of a great restaurant in a beautiful hotel they need to have a bartender make the cocktails.

The food is delicious, with dishes like Eggs Benedict and French toast standing out for their high standard of preparation and presentation. The Cheesecake dessert is also outstanding. However, some guests have had mixed experiences, with some finding the food to be just ok and having issues with attention to details, such as serving Christmas dessert in January. Despite this, the service is often impeccable, and the atmosphere is vibrant and joyful, making it a great place for brunch with friends and family. The restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, but some guests have experienced frustration with inconsistencies in happy hour times and menu honors. Overall, Vivante Restaurant & Bar offers a compelling dining experience with its combination of attentive service and expertly prepared dishes.
