Everything was delicious. We had a group of four couples and we ordered a bunch and shared. Our server was Michael (Mike?) and he was awesome. Will definitely be back!

Excellent service, excellent food, The Paella with appetizers was awesome. The Flan with chocolate OMG!!!!

Matador is a restaurant that offers delicious food and excellent service. A group of four couples ordered a bunch and shared, finding everything delicious. The Paella with appetizers was awesome, and the Flan with chocolate was amazing. The sliders are great, and so is the sangria. The brussels sprouts were also great. The staff is amazing, with servers who are awesome and suggest great items. The cook came out and spoke to guests, making the experience even better. Guests order something different and share, which keeps the conversation going. The food is 5 stars amazing with great variety. Matador is a great addition to downtown Carmel.
