“My husband and I came in on a Friday night for drinks and loved the atmosphere so much we came back the next night for dinner too. Quiet music, intimate setting, elevated and romantic restuarant while I also being very laid back. Prices were very reasonable, food was absolutely delicious we ordered apps, main course and desserts, all fabulous! We will definitely be back next time we are in town.“

“Josephine in Carmel — Vive la French Revolution (of Flavor)! 🇫🇷🥩🍷 We double-dated with my sister and brother-in-law last night at Josephine, where Executive Chef Andrew Popp (of Ambrosia Hospitality Group, owned by Dan and Anna Cage) continues to rewrite the book on French cuisine in Indianapolis—one perfect plate at a time. Let’s start with the steak frites. I’ve had them everywhere from Chicago to Paris, and I’ll say it: these are the best. Crispy, salty perfection paired with a steak so tender it practically whispered, merci. I came for the frites (my favorite), but I’ll be back for the boeuf bourguignon, which appeared as last night’s special. We ordered one for the table “just to taste” — and then promptly considered ordering four more. Julia Child would have wept tears of butter-scented joy. Service? Polished but friendly — like a Parisian waiter who’s actually glad you’re there. Drinks? Excellent. Company? Lovely. Evening? Perfect. Chef Popp, if you’re reading this: consider this my official campaign to make that boeuf bourguignon a permanent resident on your menu. Vive Josephine! #JosephineCarmel #AmbrosiaHospitalityGroup #FrenchCuisine #SteakFrites #BoeufBourguignon #IndyEats #FoodieFinds #BonAppétit“

“Can’t say enough about how good the cooking is at this restaurant! I really enjoyed the Shrimp and Grits risotto! And the Pork special was absolutely wonderful. It came with collard greens and a southern style gravy that I don’t know could be so good! Don’t forget to try their wedge salad. It’s a winner. Overall I’m super happy to have this restaurant in Carmel.“

“This place is great! The food is delicious, their allergy friendliness is amazing. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere itself is very welcoming and well designed. I highly recommend this spot as a place to eat in the area ☺ (highly recommend the gluten free waffle!)“
“We went to the Feinstein Dinner Theater inside the Hotel Carmichael in Carmel, IN. Specifically the Frank Sinatra show, which was phenomenal!. We each had a wedge salad & we also shared a charcuterie board which was unique. It had quite a variety of cheeses, sausages, pickles, crackers, mustard sauce, olives, strawberries, figs, ham, a smaller, square sized honey comb, really crispy bread, & a few other things. The show was fantastic!“
“We were hungry and it was a long day so we stopped here because it was easy. I was shocked. The food was delicious we had burgers and a ribeye sandwich. I have zero complaints. Quality beef. Flavorful. And for the price it was even more amazing. We will come back for sure. It’s also a great grocery store if you haven’t been.“

“We celebrated our wedding anniversary this past Monday evening. The service was extremely good and we found both of our entrées to be perfect. We may not be food critics or gourmet diners but we do know this place offers a quiet environment with good food and good service.“

“What a perfect evening at 1933 Lounge in Carmel for our anniversary! Vanessa was our server and an absolute delight! Professional but very friendly and personable. Extremely attentive! The tuna poke on the seafood tower was INCREDIBLE! It brought us back to our honeymoon in Hawaii :) It was so good we asked for another side of just that. Should be it's own appetizer ❤️ The artichokes were SO good! Sad to hear it's coming off the menu. The Heirloom tomato and buratta salad was out of this world - truly next level dish. Originally from New England I appreciated the lobster bisque so much. I'd put it up against a New England lobster bisque any time - multiple actual chunks of lobster 🤤 And the bourbon and butter dessert was in a class by itself - it was rich but light at the same time... different textures, salty and sweet, cold and warm - just an excellent dessert - Vanessa knew what she was doing in recommending it! I wish I had gotten more pictures- we just started digging in as dishes arrived! My only criticism I can offer were the oysters were very gritty :( Couldn't eat them all and the seafood tower was so esthetically pleasing but the lobster tail was just unceremoniously placed on the ice lol Tasty! Just not placed in an elegant way like the rest. Would highly recommend - we're definitely returning (and asking for Vanessa 💗)“
