Luke Morgan was a great server. He was fast, accurate and personable. He arrived smiling and was able to answer any question and had a lot of knowledge about the menu. We would love to come back simply for our service with Luke and secondly for the food and quality of the restaurant itself.
My family and I really enjoyed dinner as well as the atmosphere. Luke was great and attentive!

Salt Carmel at City Center offers an amazing experience with great food and service. The atmosphere and energy are fantastic, creating a great vibe that makes one want to stay and enjoy the evening. The ambiance, especially at the bar, is awesome. Servers are fast, accurate, personable, kind, friendly, helpful, hospitable, attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable about the menu. They arrive smiling and make the night fun for groups. The food is so good and great. The new Happy Hour Drink and Meal menu is excellent. The bar manager is very friendly and attentive to customers. Bar staff and restaurant staff are very customer focused and make one feel welcome. Dessert and drinks are fantastic. The drinks are amazing. This place has created something special and is highly recommended. It is an outstanding experience from beginning to end.
