“Went to Osteria for a Birthday dinner. I ordered the special Ribeye that was offered that evening and it came not cooked as requested. We could not be more pleased with what Osteria did in the name of service recovery. Our server Kiley was unbelievable, she made sure the mistake was more than fixed as did the General Manager Laurie Cambell. Everyone makes mistakes its what you do to fix them that leaves a lasting impression. A great experience.“
“This is a unique, old-school local pizza place. In all the best ways, Greek Tony’s reminds me of the pizza restaurants that I went to 40 years ago. How did I not know about this place! The pizza, breadsticks and salad were all delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant decor is hockey-themed and conveys the history of the restaurant’s founder. “The original evening plan was for the Mrs. & I to play laser tag, but there was an hour wait until the next game.. what to do? Easy..eat of course! Tucci's was right around the corner & since we hadn't been in awhile.. why not? We hadn't been because even though they're pretty good, they had limited seafood selections, & we're pescatarian. Much to our surprise, they'd made some tasty additions to their menu since we were there last. The staff was friendly & actually remembered us from the last time we were there.. after playing laser tag..?With the cool atmosphere, & more for us to choose from on the menu now, we'll probably be back again sooner than later.. my best guess is.. it'll probably be the next time we go play laser tag..???Dietary restrictions: My wife has a few dietary restrictions, but they've always been more than willing to modify her dish to make sure it was to her liking.Parking: I've never had a problem finding free parking on the street or directly across the street in a big free lot.“

“Blaze pizza if you haven’t tried it you are missing out. Craving fast food by not burgers tacos or chicken? Try blaze quick delicious fast fired pizza by a real fire. They offer different sauces and toppings as well as a cauliflower option. Do not skimp on the oregano and sea salt so much added flavor. The staff was working overtime yesterday for pi day and were killing it. I hope they were thanked again and again for their hard work. Great service makes great food. I love that my kids get to experience a local spot with their friends (and my friends) and get that awesome hometown feel. There are two employees who *regularly* go above and beyond for us. They treat us so well and are always on top of everything we need before we can ask. Puccini’s days are the highlight of our week! My personal favorites are the sweet little razor back and the salads, the homemade ranch is great!“
“So it was our first time visiting Pizza King. Had a great experience. Customer service was great. The quality of the food was great, they don't mind piling on the toppings. The wait wasn't long, your usual 15 minute wait.The funny thing was the employee (not sure if he was the manager or not) said he messed up on the pizza. Maybe the small corner perhaps it happened when he tried to get the pizza out the over. He apologized so many times plus made a small pizza made how we wanted it on the house.We weren't looking for anything free. We accepted his apology. He didn't have to do that buy he did and we were absolutely grateful for that.I recommend this location. And we will return.Thank you for great food and great service. We need more places like this.“
“First time here on Mar 2, 2024. The staff openly apologized for being understaffed. The wait with a three year old in the party was a bit challenging. The 15 minute wait to be seated was 35, and another 45 to get the food. Better to be completely open about the wait times right up front. Unscientifically, we noted that the carry out orders seemed to be prioritized over the dine in customers.The food was excellent even if it was touching right at the edge of overpriced. We had 4 different pizzas and they were all well done. I'm a Jersey boy and this was the best pizza I've had in a very long time.“
“Our son lives in Indy so my wife and I go down to visit as often as we can. He picks the places to eat. He always picks amazing places. This one is no different. It's in Carmel so it's a little bougie hipster in style, but it's busy and peaceful. The service is out of this world, polite, and answered our "newbie" questions. We asked if we could "customize" a pizza due to not liking a particular ingredient, instead of flat out saying "no" they explained how it would have to be done in order to accomplish this. Asked if we still wanted it made different, we answered in the affirmative and the pizza was awesome. They say there are no bad pizzas, my wife and kids can say yes there are, but if you want an amazing pizza check this place out it's well worth it.Parking: It's in market of Carmel so lots of business and apartments. Parking is not plentiful, but if you're willing to walk a half bit not too bad.“
“Ordered Domino's tonight. The order did take longer than usual and I was missing some sauces however the delivery driver, Darius, made up for that. The food was still warm and he was very sweet and apologized and offered to get my order comped. The employees at this store have always been wonderful and are the reason I continue to order. “I was in the mood for pizza one night and I noticed on Uber Eats that Lou Malnati's was having a buy one get one free on pizzas. I jumped on the offer. I have been to the actual location and it is very nice. The ambiance is definitely Italian themed and the decor is very nice. The service is wonderful and the staff definitely make you feel like you are in Italy. I ordered the small deep dish cheese and pepperoni pizza. It was wonderful. I do not have deep dish pizza very often, but when I do, it is a pure treat to myself. Lou Malnati's uses wonderful spices and ingredients in their deep dish pizza that makes it taste so unique from other pizzas. It is a true Chicago deep dish style pizza and is worth every penny you spend on the meal. If you want to treat yourself to a wonderful pizza, go to Lou Malnati's. You will pay a pretty penny, but it is worth it!“

My biggest complaint was the music was a weird electronic smooth jazz. Other than that, it was a nice stop.“

I have only ever had a couple of instances where I’ve needed to call to find out what happened to my pizza. Usually received it within about 20 minutes after. One of the better pizza joints in town.“
