I don’t know who answers the phone at the Downtown location. But she is so nice and so professional. She helped me with the situation and was as kind as I would ever want to expect from somebody. Thank you so much. Also, we found this place by accident recently and we have fallen in love with Pizza so we really do enjoy going here.
For starters, the service was absolutely horrible. Then once we got our pizza, it was totally burnt and they did nothing to make it right for us. It’s also located in a horrible part of town. We will never go back.
Pizza was great. staff was terrific.
