HotBox Pizza is a decent option for lunch, offering a variety of pizza and salad choices. The "Lunch Box" special comes with a reusable cup and two Tootsie Rolls, which adds a nice touch. However, some customers have complained about the unusual electronic smooth jazz music playing in the restaurant. Additionally, while the pizza is generally good, there have been issues with the restaurant not providing enough cheese, even when customers request extra.
