Met up with a friend at Starbucks in Carmel for a coffee and to catch up. The interior was clean, we were greeted immediately upon walking in, and our coffee's were perfect and we only had to wait 2-3 minutes to be served.
Hannah is the best and so friendly! If you order from her, you’ll immediately notice her vivid purple hair dyed for cystic fibrosis awareness which her four yo niece has. She’s definitely passionate about giving outstanding service and spreading awareness to people about cystic fibrosis as a promise to her little niece. ❤️

Took so long to get anyone to even make eye contact. Super slow service 15minutes for a latte, with no one in line in front of me. I understand busy but it was not that busy, I understand mistakes happen but wow. Don’t be short with a customer when the mistake was on your team. Will avoid this location going forward.
