“I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“

“I love this blaze pizza. I want to call out Chase (Chasen) and Colin. These 2 dudes are top notch! I respect both of them because of their attitudes and engagement with the customers. They will make it in life and be an asset to their community.
1st. They remembered me. Which makes me feel like a regular. (I freaking love that feeling) When you spend money at establishments these days. You want to feel welcome. I always feel welcome when they are there. Others as well.
2nd. They do get busy in there. A lot of online orders. Sometimes there is a small wait. But I never really feel pushed aside. Everyone is always working. It’s not like they are standing around on their phones. They are busy. They will get to you. No rush, and take in the smells.
3rd. I have small conversations with these people because they are making my food and are humans haha. They are never crappy, and always build my pie with a smile. I know it can’t be easy. People barking orders at you all day. Demanding one thing after another. So kudos to this team, and the owner for helping build a great team. The restaurant is always clean and they keep the food well stocked.

“I don’t get McDonals very often, but I ordered lunch on the app and picked it up at around 2:30p on a weekday. Ordering was easy and there are great deals on the app. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was especially considering fast food during less busy hours.“

“Not only is the food a step above what you see in any other fast food place, but the service is as well. They are very friendly the entire time and knowledgeable with their recommendations. They are quick, accurate, and efficient with their service. My order is hardly ever wrong, but if it is, I trust that they will take care of me. The dining room is always clean and lively, and their outdoor seating is very nice. Would highly recommend this location to anybody.“

“I had recently ordered 2 party platters for my daughter's 4th birthday celebration. The morning of the party, my husband and I woke up extremely ill and had to cancel the party. My daughter was crushed and so were we. We called Jersey Mike's immediately, however, they had already prepared the party platters. Rather than making us pick up the platters they knew we couldn't use, they told me not to worry about it. They would donate the platters and asked that we think of them again for our next event. HUGE SHOUT OUT to them for taking this stress off my plate! We will DEFINITELY be utilizing them for our next event and will recommend them to everyone!!!“

“Above and beyond service! Today I had a minor medical emergency in the drive thru that resulted in me pulling out of line after ordering and walking up to the drive thru window. The kind staff immediately helped me then brought my food to my car and checked on me until I was well enough to drive on, about a half hour later. I was scared, and the group of young adults who helped me were calm and attentive and made all the difference for me today. Plus, the food was good!
