I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep.

I had a really great experience in the drive through today thanks to Michelle. I had not been to Freddie’s before, so I was a bit slow to read out my party’s large, customized order. Michelle was patient, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. It’s refreshing to have experiences like this. She brightened my day!
