I really hate doing this but I have to address it in hope that the manager reads the reviews. We stopped by today and went through the drive thru and I have to mention that a young lady working there had nails that even looked anti sanitary. And she couldn't get the basic order right (two coffee and two doughnuts) she moved so slow that we in the car almost fell asleep. Took almost 20 min to get it. Come on , this is Carmel service should be on the level.
Lately I’ve been ordering for in-store pickup and they’ve been pretty fast. The food always comes as i expect. The coffee is good like always. The workers are pretty cool. I definitely recommend this Dunkin.
