“When I tell you I love this place. You have no idea I live about 2 hours away and will make a trip JUST to go here and eat. The burgers are fun unique and so appetizing. My mouth waters just looking at the pics. The fries are to DIE FOR! And if you like Garlic Aoli its only like .50 cents if I remember right to add it“

“Came in with a group, we had the upstairs room then told we had to be gone by 7pm We reserved the room at 515. So with that said, servers ok. Food came at 645. Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.“

“I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“

“Traveling from Michigan and came across Upland Brewing. Stopped in for a beer and a quick snack. The Juiced in Time Haze IPA and Two of Tarts sour were both amazing. The staff were great! And the food was tasty, we will definitely be back and highly recommend if you’re in the area.“

“My family likes this place. They are friendly, fast and clean. For a family of 5, it was a little over $80. 2 large fries was way more than enough for all of us. Non of my kids finished the little burgers. It may be pricey but nobody leaves hungry. My daughter picked it fir her birthday lunch X) It must be goood.“

“We were hungry and it was a long day so we stopped here because it was easy. I was shocked. The food was delicious we had burgers and a ribeye sandwich. I have zero complaints. Quality beef. Flavorful. And for the price it was even more amazing. We will come back for sure. It’s also a great grocery store if you haven’t been.“

“I was passing through with 3 little kids (hungry, tired, cranky... kids) and clearly had my hands full as a solo parent for the night. The staff was so patient with us and the general manager was even kind enough to help us to our seats and bring over a high chair for our little one. We had a fantastic meal and enjoyed some dessert afterwards. The place is clean and the folks are friendly. We felt safe and welcome. Nice franchise and amazing employees. We will definitely come back when we are next in the Carmel area.“

“Above and beyond service! Today I had a minor medical emergency in the drive thru that resulted in me pulling out of line after ordering and walking up to the drive thru window. The kind staff immediately helped me then brought my food to my car and checked on me until I was well enough to drive on, about a half hour later. I was scared, and the group of young adults who helped me were calm and attentive and made all the difference for me today. Plus, the food was good! I will always support this restaurant from now on!“
