“Talk about the best snow cones I've ever had! I visited today with my boyfriend for the first time and we just loved it. The kids working, Grace and Evan, were so sweet and professional. They made our experience so nice.

The snow cones were wonderful. They're light and fluffy with lots of flavor and they're so pretty. I had the Buttered Beer and the Unicorn Princess, and my boyfriend had the Polynesian (forgot the other part), they were delicious. See you soon!“

I have dealt with thousands of companies throughout the United States with my business, and they are by far the most dedicated to customer service I have experienced. Although a little bit of a drive, this location is well worth the service you will receive. We have now moved our business to them and will use them only for all future orders and company orders. I will say though, the manager for this location was quite rude to my fiance and I when we came in to place our 200+ catering order. The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“

“I was passing through with 3 little kids (hungry, tired, cranky... kids) and clearly had my hands full as a solo parent for the night. The staff was so patient with us and the general manager was even kind enough to help us to our seats and bring over a high chair for our little one. We had a fantastic meal and enjoyed some dessert afterwards. The place is clean and the folks are friendly. We felt safe and welcome. Nice franchise and amazing employees. “Above and beyond service! Today I had a minor medical emergency in the drive thru that resulted in me pulling out of line after ordering and walking up to the drive thru window. The kind staff immediately helped me then brought my food to my car and checked on me until I was well enough to drive on, about a half hour later. I was scared, and the group of young adults who helped me were calm and attentive and made all the difference for me today. Plus, the food was good! I will always support this restaurant from now on!“
