“Customer service needs work ,relative sent 2 boxes and the boxes for winter delivery was same as in store no rebox for protection, delivered on the sidewalk not on the porch , squirrels enjoyed them very much , when I called to tell my story your manager could not be bothered and blamed door dash and we should take it up with them !!! “My wife, Adriana Laurens Andrews, love Sea Turtle but they didnt have it at the Plainfield Girls Basketball Game but the next night the brought us two special containers of sea turtle even though they were not serving it that night. “It was a little busy on this Friday night, which was a little to be expected. Luckily, you can order ahead on the app and only wait a few moments once you get there.
The brownie batter cookie was also so gooey and delicious. I highly even recommend it the next day by warming it up. The Nutella cheesecake goes well with a nice glass of dry red wine. I recommend both of these.“

“Ordered the “Royal Desiree” Blizzard tonight. It is a royal style blizzard with fudge down the middle and the “crunchy” stuff from the DQ ice cream cake. AWESOME!“

“COOPER! Cooper was working when I went in, I wanted to try the flavor of the month but had questions as I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. he was ver kind, informative and, personable. He shared that he too had a peanut allergy. When it was time for me to get my ice cream made he went into the back and got new scoops and spades, as well as asked if I was getting mix ins so that way he could disinfect the mixing area. truly appreciated the service and the overall experience <3“

“We'd been here last year while attending a conference west of Indy. We didn't write a review, but decided to come back this year. Tenderloins are still good. We liked the milkshakes too. It was clear that other folks liked it, as there was a good sized drive=-thru line and a lot of folks sitting in the outside seating (as we did). One small drawback--no bathroom. This is a counter service style place. Prices were decent. We'll be back next year.“

“I gave the Assistant Manager, who also is the cake decorator, colors and the personality of my daughter and then free reign to create her cake. She did a fabulous job!! I would highly recommend using her talents when looking for a decorated ice cream cake. Thank you!!“
“These beautiful girls helped me with my food today. They were the fastest and kindest people I’ve ever talked to. They made ordering so easy and were always happy to fetch me what I needed. They always helped with a big smile on their face. If you ever see them working register, make sure they take your order. They will take amazing care of you. Their names are Kenzie and Anabella. Definitely coming back just to see these ladies.“

“Another great visit to Culver’s. If you haven't tried the Strawberry and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup combo in a Concrete Mixer, you’re missing out! The fries were hot and fresh (with a hint of onion ring flavor that I actually really enjoyed). Consistent quality and friendly service as always.“

“I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate and vanilla ice cream and a whipped topping. First time to have an ice cream cake from Mandie’s. It was so good. i mean SO good! My husband said it was the best ice cream cake he has ever had. (We got it for his 64th birthday so he has tried his fair share of ice cream cakes lol). We will definitely order again!“
