Passed Bruster's on my way home from out of town, I have never heard of it so I decided to give it a try. The ice cream was good but not great, needs to be more dense and creamier.
Tips:
there are several different sizes to choose from, One scoop mean's one scoop (pretty small)

Good stuff! All around, we loved the ice cream and the staff was polite and professional. Will be back again and again.
