“Talk about the best snow cones I've ever had! I visited today with my boyfriend for the first time and we just loved it. The kids working, Grace and Evan, were so sweet and professional. They made our experience so nice.

The snow cones were wonderful. They're light and fluffy with lots of flavor and they're so pretty. I had the Buttered Beer and the Unicorn Princess, and my boyfriend had the Polynesian (forgot the other part), they were delicious. See you soon!“

“I bought 12 minis, they were all pretty decent, my favorite was probably the cake batter one. My only complaint would be that because of how big a regular cookie is, I figured the minis would be a regular cookie size but it was smaller and a little on the hard side. Still love crumbl and am happy to stop in any chance I'm near one!!“

“MilkShake Factory Nora is an absolute must-visit if you love desserts! The milkshakes were rich, creamy, and packed with incredible flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and every sip was delicious. I also loved all the chocolate treats they had to choose from—it made it hard to pick just one! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and got our order out quickly. The shop was clean, inviting, and had a fun atmosphere that made the experience even better. I have dealt with thousands of companies throughout the United States with my business, and they are by far the most dedicated to customer service I have experienced. Although a little bit of a drive, this location is well worth the service you will receive. We have now moved our business to them and will use them only for all future orders and company orders. We will miss them for a couple of months; they will be closed for winter, but we can always buy a couple of gallons to get us through...LOL If you get a chance and are in the Carmel area, stop by and see what I mean when I say, "Rita's Carmel location is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE done right."“

“We went to a concert at The Nickel District Amphitheatre in Fishers and I have to say how impressive it was to see the very young girl working this truck take orders, make sales, and deliver food to waiting customers like it was nothing. “Visit the newly opened Tsaocaa in 82nd street/Castleton and enjoy the refreshing milk tea plus great customer service. Taro bubble milk tea is my favorite. FYI: Bubble tea is a Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Tainan and Taichung in the 1980s. Recipes contain tea of some kind, flavors of milk, as well as sugar. Toppings, such as chewy tapioca balls, popping boba, fruit jelly, grass jelly, agar jelly, and puddings are often added.“

The views, outdoor seating, family friendly atmosphere and huge portions are a plus at Alexanders on the Water. We were a group of 7 adults, 4 kids and 2 pups so our order took about 30 minutes give or take with wait time ordering and picking up the ice cream. We didn’t mind cause we were enjoying our Saturday evening and wrapped up with a walk on the bridge. I would say service is excellent and ice cream is good. Do try it for a nice change of area and pace.“

That being said, the physical location compared to super market pints offers toppings and a variety of various forms of ice scream like shakes and such that its a fun experience. But the price is what kills this place. For the cost, you could oractocally just go to the grocery store and buy the toppings you want and still gain more than you would in person here at the location. (This the star review).

Comparative to the more local ice scream shops, this place is really just a name with the ice cream readily available.

“The kids got two large-ish ice cream cups with one mix-in and while it was a delicious treat, I was surprised that it came to $15 for just two. Okay, maybe for the size of cups it was worth it . They love picking the mix-in! The service was fast and professional. There are two small dining tables inside if you want to stay and eat.“

My personal favorite is the birthday cake remix, but you cant go wrong with just about anything. The wait times can be a little long, especially during the evening and its also a tad expensive. Parking at clay terrace isnt the best either unless you can get a front row spot. Overall its a solid ice cream spot that I'd recommend.“

Drive-thru was convenient and the wait was around 4-5 min where the staff themselves brought the food out to the car.“
