However, they tend to always leave out the sweet cream, most of the time I just leave it alone and drive away cause mistakes happen and i dont mind a regular cherry limeade, this time i went back through the drive thru asked for a small cup of sweet cream for two RT44 drinks and i get half of like a kids cup to spilt between two drinks. Didnt want to sound like I was complaining about it so i just drove away. Just be mindful of what customers are ordering since this has been a consistent issue with my order:(“

“I bought 12 minis, they were all pretty decent, my favorite was probably the cake batter one. My only complaint would be that because of how big a regular cookie is, I figured the minis would be a regular cookie size but it was smaller and a little on the hard side. Still love crumbl and am happy to stop in any chance I'm near one!!“

I will say though, the manager for this location was quite rude to my fiance and I when we came in to place our 200+ catering order. “I went on a weekday during lunch so there was no wait, I just had to wait for them to make my shake. The place is very cute and inviting and they have a ton of different, fun flavors.

I got the s’mores shake and it was good! I liked the marshmallow on top and the mini marshmallows throughout. My only complaint is that it was a bit too liquidy for my taste, I prefer a thick shake. It also had a slight artificial taste but I wouldn’t have noticed that if I hadn’t read a previous Google review that someone said that theirs was artificial.“

I have dealt with thousands of companies throughout the United States with my business, and they are by far the most dedicated to customer service I have experienced. Although a little bit of a drive, this location is well worth the service you will receive. We have now moved our business to them and will use them only for all future orders and company orders. They need to put the women on the fries and behind the scene. They attitudes are horrible. I could barely finish reciting my order before being cut off several times . I was never told my total .. i get to the window the lady had to ask another lady what my total was . I didn’t receive a receipt just a blank stare waiting for my payment without even being told how much i had to pay. Pls put Sunday back on the window ! His bright smile and energy is missed

“Visit the newly opened Tsaocaa in 82nd street/Castleton and enjoy the refreshing milk tea plus great customer service. Taro bubble milk tea is my favorite. FYI: Bubble tea is a Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Tainan and Taichung in the 1980s. Recipes contain tea of some kind, flavors of milk, as well as sugar. Toppings, such as chewy tapioca balls, popping boba, fruit jelly, grass jelly, agar jelly, and puddings are often added.“

Ben and Jerry product quality and flavor variety are premium, had the Cherry Garcia in waffle cone and mango in a cup. Wooden spoons-who does that anymore? Nice touch.
