However, they tend to always leave out the sweet cream, most of the time I just leave it alone and drive away cause mistakes happen and i dont mind a regular cherry limeade, this time i went back through the drive thru asked for a small cup of sweet cream for two RT44 drinks and i get half of like a kids cup to spilt between two drinks. Didnt want to sound like I was complaining about it so i just drove away. Just be mindful of what customers are ordering since this has been a consistent issue with my order:(“

“Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing! I have dealt with thousands of companies throughout the United States with my business, and they are by far the most dedicated to customer service I have experienced. “I went on a weekday during lunch so there was no wait, I just had to wait for them to make my shake. The place is very cute and inviting and they have a ton of different, fun flavors.

I got the s’mores shake and it was good! I liked the marshmallow on top and the mini marshmallows throughout. My only complaint is that it was a bit too liquidy for my taste, I prefer a thick shake. It also had a slight artificial taste but I wouldn’t have noticed that if I hadn’t read a previous Google review that someone said that theirs was artificial.“

“I had never tried Rolled Ice Cream before. What a fun experience. My son had tried it before and talked me into stopping by while we were in Castleton Mall.

The ice cream was yummy and it was fun watching it being made. They have lots of options and the person who served us was friendly and upbeat.

“Visit the newly opened Tsaocaa in 82nd street/Castleton and enjoy the refreshing milk tea plus great customer service. Taro bubble milk tea is my favorite. FYI: Bubble tea is a Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Tainan and Taichung in the 1980s. Recipes contain tea of some kind, flavors of milk, as well as sugar. Toppings, such as chewy tapioca balls, popping boba, fruit jelly, grass jelly, agar jelly, and puddings are often added.“

I will say though, the manager for this location was quite rude to my fiance and I when we came in to place our 200+ catering order.
