“I stopped by Portillo's Westfield one afternoon after hearing people talk about it. The place had a fun, busy vibe and the smell of grilled food everywhere. I ordered a Chicago-style hot dog and some fries, and it was messy in the best way. Simple, flavorful, and definitely one of those spots that feels like a local favorite.“

“While I prefer not to patronize such establishments game recognize game. This is the only location that doesn’t routinely mess up my order. Sometimes I’ll go in to order because I’m weird like that and the place is always super clean and the employees are friendly.“

“The wife had a chicken sandwich on a pretzle-type bun; I had the single deluxe butterburger. She got the onion rings and I got the fries, which we shared. It was a good meal. I didn't know they had their own brand of root beer. Good stuff!“

“I love sonic and will go get a twisted flamingo here and there which is not on the menu so i get a cherry limeade and add sweet cream its amazing. However, they tend to always leave out the sweet cream, most of the time I just leave it alone and drive away cause mistakes happen and i dont mind a regular cherry limeade, this time i went back through the drive thru asked for a small cup of sweet cream for two RT44 drinks and i get half of like a kids cup to spilt between two drinks. Didnt want to sound like I was complaining about it so i just drove away. Just be mindful of what customers are ordering since this has been a consistent issue with my order:(“

Also / exterior along street please fix and enhance. So much concrete and the tiniest plants. Maybe it’s part city but every business is always required to have trees - just size them to match building and large evergreens so it’s screened all year - everyone will find it regardless. But a softer look would be best to blend into community ~ just wish they wouldn’t keep allowing them to have ugly street presence or hope a retailer would step up to create it . We drive this area a lot to grand park and despite reporting it , it still is concrete everywhere with no trees / creating an eye sore for community.“

“It's not McDonald's fault people don't know how to act as if they have sense. Overall staff was nice, got the order right which is always a plus and relatively quick.

Parking: It's just tight quarters especially by the drive thru“

“I have been in several of these places and have always been pleased. The service was great, the food was good, and the root beer is always good. We were in a rush to get to Bible class, and they got our food out quickly, correctly, and tasted good!“

“Love this Subway. Subway was instrumental in helping me lose weight several years ago with all their healthy choices. Moved to Westfield from out of state. One of the first things I did was shop for my next Subway. The Subway at 976 E Tournament Trail in Westfield, Indiana was the winner. They had it all. Great location and GREAT service. After several visits, did I mention I go there frequently, I felt like Norm in the sitcom Cheers. Everyone knows your name. All of their employees, and they always have plenty of employees on hand especially during the noon rush, are kind and respectful. A shout out to one of the sandwich artists, Wilson. Every time I come in Wilson anticipates my order, treats me with kindness, makes an accurate order, and takes pride in a job well done. Thank you ALL at Tournament Trail Subway. Go there. “Super great experience here today. We came in at an odd time (2:30 pm). I was afraid we would get cold chicken that had been sitting since lunch. The staff was so friendly and made all of our food fresh and even commented that it would be just a few minutes so they could give us fresh chicken instead of the leftover lunch food. Everything was super hot and fresh and the restaurant was very clean. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location for this kind of service! Thank you!“

“Usually, I'm not super impressed with fast food places, nor even slightly impressed with Burger Kings in general. I will say this, I was pleasantly surprised. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is that they forgot the cheese on on of our cheese Whoppers and the side of marinara. Other than that, they seemed polite and spoke English (which is, in today's world, already earning them bonus points).“
