“The night staff (9 pm) on 11/22/2025 at this Westfield location should get a raise for the level of care they put into my family’s food order. They were friendly when I called my order in, took time to make our food orders when we arrived, and these are the best sandwiches I have ever had since I have ordered at this location. Excellent service and highly recommend! Way to go Penn Station staff!“

“Love this Subway. Subway was instrumental in helping me lose weight several years ago with all their healthy choices. Moved to Westfield from out of state. One of the first things I did was shop for my next Subway. The Subway at 976 E Tournament Trail in Westfield, Indiana was the winner. They had it all. Great location and GREAT service. After several visits, did I mention I go there frequently, I felt like Norm in the sitcom Cheers. Everyone knows your name. All of their employees, and they always have plenty of employees on hand especially during the noon rush, are kind and respectful. A shout out to one of the sandwich artists, Wilson. Every time I come in Wilson anticipates my order, treats me with kindness, makes an accurate order, and takes pride in a job well done. Thank you ALL at Tournament Trail Subway. Go there. “I placed an order at 1:13 PM today for delivery. When my order was ready in the app tracking, I received a text saying that my order was going to be place through UberEats. I’ve had issues ordering from restaurants that use third party apps as their method of delivery. I decided to give the store/resteraunt a call, the delivery driver on shift answered and I let him know that my order was placed through UberEats and I’d rather wait for a Jimmy John’s delivery driver just so there’s no issues. He went ahead and placed me on hold, when he came back he said he would be on the way with my order! I was so happy and he got there freaky fast :)
I think his name was Sean or Shawn but yeah he’s awesome and nothing was missing everything just 100/10! Will definitely always place delivery orders through this location!“

“On a Saturday at early lunch time, I ordered ahead expecting it would be busy. At my pickup time, even though they look to be very busy in the restaurant, I got my order without any delays at the drive thru. Order was correct, person at the window was friendly, and the food was great. And as always at Chicken Salad Chick, it's a great alternative to a burger and fries.“

“I was raised southwest of Philadelphia so I know what hoagies and cheese steaks should taste like. I never thought I would find one like back home until I found Capriotti's has shops here! I knew they were started in Delaware and was glad to see the name! I was in heaven....my cheese steak was perfectly made the way I like it, loaded with meat. yumm!! I also bought an Italian Hoagie/Sub....there was so much meat on it!! Another...sighhh...perfect. If you want to know what a Philly cheese steak tastes like, go to Capriotti's. Can't wait to go back!!“

“Normally, I am very pleased with the service and food of this location. I am ashamed, today was not such a great experience. When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK. Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application. Unfortunately, unable to get into a line because it would’ve taken another 10 minutes with only two registers open. I had to leave and go elsewhere but this was 20 minutes of my total time during lunch.“
