The staff at JJ did not panic they simply took it all in stride and had everyone’s orders done and they were all seated in less than 10 minutes. That was impressive!!! I opted for a the Olivia's Old South Scoop and the Maui Mama for my first purchase.
Both are incredible! If you like soft sweet heat, the Maui scoop is for you! Just enough kick, but not harsh, and the pineapple sets it off!
Kathy introduced herself to me personally, she was very warm and welcoming. I was very impressed.
Julie made sure to educate me on the history of this chain and set me up with rewards.

“Today I came in to get a quick lunch at this location on the way back to Indianapolis. It was fairly busy with a decent line, but the service ended up knocking it down quickly. Even with a busy store, I seen no one wait any longer than 10-15 minutes. The main man on site was named Wilbur and he was as friendly as could be. All together, he and the team did great and I’ll be coming back!“
