“Loaded baked potato pickles“

“To the crew working the evening of 10/1/25. Your customer service was amazing. We always enjoy stopping in. The food was hot, fresh, and perfect to the last bite. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. We ordered two sandwiches for 4 people. A crew member cut it up and gave it to us in 4 pieces and individual baskets. While this may seem simple, it meant the world to a family having a rough night. The kindness you extended will not be forgotten.“

“I was traveling on a bus when the bus stopped in the area for a lunch break. Some of us decided to dine here at Jimmy John's. It was during lunch time and they were super busy, but were able to handle everyone in a breeze along with the local customers. “It's a good and clean place. Keeps up to the name of the franchise, well maintained. The Indian guy making my sub was very upbeat and kept things lively. The only reason I gave one less star is that access to this place was not so easy.“

“Excellent food and amazing staff!“

“This particular Subway restaurant or
Franchise limits the amount of meat that they put on your sandwich. It's not full or thick.
They're very skimpy on the amount of food that they put on your sandwich that you're trying to create.“

“The place was very busy but staff was working hard to make food fast. Ingredients looked fresh and the store was clean. Very sad how high subway’s prices have gotten, but that’s all locations, not just this one. They have totally changed the menu.“

“Nice crowded yet quick fast casual place. We had aalarge group of 9 and were accomodated easily! I had the ½ French Dip & a side of steamed broccoli. The beef was incredible, the sandwich was great and a good aize for the money. The broccoli was flavored really well and not overcooked which can be easy to do. “Let's start this review off the right way the whole review is based on customer service i believe the young man's name is amir his approach to customer service should be studied and without a doubt should be recognized by all the customer the co worker the management and the owner from the moment I walk in the door he made me want to buy something which increases business the whole point is to get you to spend your money i felt like I was supposed to be there
If u took the time and looked at my reviews you would see that customer service is a big one with me
Let's give a big shout to amir for going above and beyond for customer service the food was good the lemonade was nasty
Until next time penn station“

“Great food, great service. Made an order on the app to take advantage of a deal and points. The gentleman there made our food before taking care of people that came in after the order was placed and that was a very welcome change from other Subways I've been to where orders from the app are pushed to the side and handled later.“

“I enjoy coming here! The customer service is awesome and the food is good. The young lady that works on Sunday morning named Jaz always have a positive attitude and makes great conversation while taking your order. I recommend coming here and is the best experience I have had coming to Subway!“

“My wife and I just got discharged from the hospital after she delivered our twins and were on our way to the NICU downtown. We told Beau what had just happened and that this was the first thing we’d eaten that day and he comped my wife’s sandwich. ❤ What a great guy!“

“Owner is kind and helpful. Quick service in morning and evenings. Always happy. Ingredients are fresh and maintained correctly, unlike others where the ingredients freeze and become mush. A go to for a quick lunch that isn't fried or covered in grease.“

“Great staff who are always so kind!“

“I have always liked Subway. Some are better than others. This was one of the better ones. I wish I could remember the name of the sub I got. I tried it because it was new, and it was very good. It was slightly Spicy, but not overly so. I don't like really spicy food because when food is really spicy I can't taste anything else. I think it was called a Spicy Italian Sub or something like that. I know Italian was in its name.“

“I liked it overall, but they only put one slice of cheese on 6in subs and any other subway I've been to uses two. Not a big deal, I just don't want to pay for extra cheese when every other location gives me two half slices. The guys running the place do work hard though, even when the line is long and the place is really busy, they manage to put thought into the sandwiches they make and even joke and make conversation with the customers. I don't care about a lousy piece of cheese if the employees are kind and in good spirits, which these guys are.“

“Everyone goes very light on lettuce to the point where it’s basically meat and bread.“

“Went into Subway today and got to meet the new owner Sunny! This place is so clean and everyone in here are extremely nice. The food is fresh, the atmosphere is nice, the music is perfect, and the service was AMAZING! Thank you Sunny and Karen for always being here and for always being so kind! ???“

“I came back for lunch as I had business in the area. Just like before, they had me in and out. They asked me about the loyalty program. Which I’m glad as most places states they do not participate in the loyalty program. My food was neatly prepared. I’m still a happy camper when it comes to this location!“

“Gentleman working provided amazing service and attention to detail. I felt like you prepared my sandwich as if you were making it for yourself; veggies were evenly distributed and he even cut my tomato and cucumbers in half! We have ordered hundreds of veggie flatbread sandwiches over the years and I’m literally in awe. I understand this level of attention may not be possible at your peak times, but you have earned a new regular and I will go out of my way to visit your location. Thank You!! Prep area was clean and tidy, veggies looked freshly cut and the cookie display was full.“

“Earlier this afternoon I was having my sandwich getting ready to go to Meijer when a bus load of 25 boys and maybe 2 coaches showed up. The staff at JJ did not panic they simply took it all in stride and had everyone’s orders done and they were all seated in less than 10 minutes. That was impressive!!! I told them they all did a fabulous job. They all worked as a great team 👏🏻👍🏻“

“Very surprised by some of the reviews. I go here on a regular basis and the service has always been great. And everyone is always friendly. I drive a little further than my nearest location because they are so friendly. Store is always clean and the bread is always fresh. The young lady who served me today around 3:15p was terrific. Thank you!“

“Insanely fast delivery, and they have never once messed up my order! My go-to location!“

“Really nice place to grab a quick bite, The staff were friendly and patient while making my sandwich, and everything tasted fresh. I liked being able to choose exactly what I wanted in my sandwich. The store was clean and the service was fast. Overall, a great spot for a simple and tasty meal.” Definitely the best quick stop, and their manager Ramesh was an amazing soul.“

“**Excellent Experience at Subway – Highly Recommend!**

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Subway location and felt compelled to share my feedback. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect.

First and foremost, the **veggie patty** was outstanding. It was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was delicious, and it really stood out as one of the best veggie patties I’ve had in a while.

The **service** was top-notch. The Indian female employee who prepared my sub was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She not only greeted us with a smile but also took the time to **customize the sandwich** exactly as we wanted. I had a few specific requests regarding the amount of veggies and sauce, and she accommodated them all with care and precision. It was clear she takes pride in her work and is dedicated to ensuring each customer gets exactly what they ask for.

Speaking of the veggies, the **quantity and variety** were perfect. The sandwich was generously filled with fresh ingredients, from crisp lettuce to juicy tomatoes, and all the other toppings were packed in just the right proportions. The **sauce** was also spot-on—balanced perfectly to complement the flavors without overpowering the sub. Everything was a great combination that made for a satisfying, well-rounded meal.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, the sub was made exactly to my liking, and the quality of the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend this Subway location to anyone looking for a great meal with excellent service. Thank you to the team for making it such a pleasant visit—I'll definitely be back!“

“Solid food place. Delivery made it expensive as it cost an additional $4 fee on top of tips. Hunter's club sandwich itself was great. I like that it was highly customizable and could add a lot of extras for free.

Dietary restrictions: Fully customizable menu and ingredients.“
