Don't know anything about the new owner, they're not very present like the last one, but the two individuals that run it are awesome! Friendly, and it's hard to not get what you want since you tell them what to put on it.. I was saddened to see them shorten their hours. Causes regulars to show up to a closed store.
Got my food on time. But they tried to send me out with a fountain sprite when I ordered a bottled sprite. Just cause it said “small”. 1. I ordered through the app if it was a fountain drink it would show up as “fountain drink”. 2. A 20 oz sprite is a bottled sprite. Not a fountain cup sprite. Great food, great service. Made an order on the app to take advantage of a deal and points. The gentleman there made our food before taking care of people that came in after the order was placed and that was a very welcome change from other Subways I've been to where orders from the app are pushed to the side and handled later.
