Great food, great service. Made an order on the app to take advantage of a deal and points. The gentleman there made our food before taking care of people that came in after the order was placed and that was a very welcome change from other Subways I've been to where orders from the app are pushed to the side and handled later.

Don't know anything about the new owner, they're not very present like the last one, but the two individuals that run it are awesome! Friendly, and it's hard to not get what you want since you tell them what to put on it.. I was saddened to see them shorten their hours. Causes regulars to show up to a closed store.

Curious if the manager knows that the girl that opens consistently opens late. Tried going there 3 times in a few months span a little before 10 am and the door is locked while the sign said it should have been opened hours ago. All 3 times I see the same girl employee rushing to finish her prep work and just giving me the same blank stare and ignoring me. Guess I am done with this location but anyway the owner should know the girl who is opening for you is hurting your business and most likely ripping you off if she is claiming to work a full shift.

Got my food on time. But they tried to send me out with a fountain sprite when I ordered a bottled sprite. Just cause it said “small”. 1. I ordered through the app if it was a fountain drink it would show up as “fountain drink”. 2. A 20 oz sprite is a bottled sprite. Not a fountain cup sprite. So it doesnt matter if it says “small” or not. Then he tried saying “it’s okay for me to get it”. Like I know it’s okay cause that’s what I ordered/paid for. I’m just glad I checked my order before I actually left cause I definitely almost left with the wrong thing. And yeah it’s probably something little, but it’s also how they handled it. I tried explaining to them and instead of apologizing/trying to understand, they just continued to try and tell me what I ordered. When I know what I ordered. Not to mention since they think they let me take it, they’ll probably just do it again.

Normally i don’t write reviews, but my experience today was horrible. When we walked in, seeing the person who was going to make my food texting on her phone with her AirPods in was the first red flag. The lady looks young, probably a minor, but she obviously hasn’t been managed well because she has zero work ethic. She kept staring outside in the middle of making our sandwich’s instead of paying attention to what’s in front of her. As she was making the sandwich’s, she piled the veggies in the center of the sandwhich instead of spreading them out. She didn’t take her gloves off as she was ringing me up and i have no idea if she kept them on to make other sandwhichs. Lastly, my change was $5.52 and was given $5.50 because they “didn’t have pennies” with a shoulder shrug. Lol. Normally i wouldn’t trip, but this experience blew my mind. I brag about this location all the time, but won’t be going back.

There was nothing else on it yet and I thought no big deal I'll just ask for a new one. She gave me a very rude look, rolled her eyes, and scoffed at me saying something about her hair not even being in the way. She did have it tied back but it was not in a hairnet or anything. The other person working made my sandwich instead after getting me new bread but I was very uncomfortable regardless. At this point I would rather never go to another subway again.

Staff is really really nice. Always clean. Ingredients fresher than any other subway out west. The owners are great. Enjoyable environment. 100% recommend.
