Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made. Seriously. I’ll eat at five guys but ONLy in store. Worst DoorDash order. Ever. Have to say though the food quality lies completely at your place. Do better.“

Things happen and don't always work the way they are supposed to. The real measure of a business is how they fix things when they aren't working. “Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

“Fazoli’s is STILL my favorite place to eat. The employees are always wonderful and the food is good and affordable. Spoke to Dexter again at the drive thru and he was sweet as always. This place really runs like a family and it shows in their attitude and service.“

“I placed an order by phone, the girl that answered was rude, cut me off . I repeated my order to make sure she got it She told me 20 minutes. When I arrived she didn't have my order. I know it was her I spoke to,she was acting the same as she did on the phone. There were 2 other people in the store that said they had the same problem. The girl told me she only had part of what I asked for ready. She didn't apologize or even offer to fix my order. She was very rude. There's many other wing places in the city. I won't be coming back there!“

“We are stuck at the knight terminal in indianapolis snowed in. Fazolis was the only place willing to supply over 30 truckers with food. “I visit this Hardee’s multiple times Week and the food quality and customer service never ever ever let me down. Carmen is the absolute BEST and always greet me with a smile. At this point I think she knows my voice through the drive-thru and has my Coke zero with light ice always ready to go. Definitely my favorite breakfast and lunch on the go spot in Nora. “Went to the drive through... had a big order for my classroom. The lady Kim at the drive through was very hospitable and thorough while taking the order. The wait wasn't too long and the food was awesome. Loved the frosted peach lemonade...a must try.“

“The PERFECT SAUSAGE BURRITO this morning. The tortilla was perfect, the amount of egg, hash browns, and sausage was perfect....literally one of the few Chick-fil-A Burritos that I've felt was worth the money. Whoever made it this morning....should be training the entire company on how to make a breakfast burrito!

Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is the counter was a little slow to tend to taking my order....but no big deal compared to the perfect burrito!“
