Usually have no issues at this location.
Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter.
This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash??
Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.

Quick service. Great sandwich. Great wrap too. Unsweetened tea is really good.
