“Ordered two pizzas and a salad last night through DoorDash. I hadn’t tried Azzip or even heard of it yet but the specialty pizzas looked interesting so I gave it a shot. Wow. Azzip is going on my list of favorite pizza 💯 I tried the Smokehouse MacDaddy and CBR square. Flavor explosion and perfect crust on both! I also tried the house ranch dressing and it was top notch. I need a bottle of it! I rarely leave reviews but had to say something about this pizza!“

“I loved the food and service. We had the Clobster cakes which were so fresh and delish. The greenery that looked liked decor was actually a delicious salad. Be mindful that the Fast-food spots in this area struggle and you can get your food quicker at BBI than at McD or Wendy, with much better food.“

“I love Arni’s but! Picked up an order of nachos today to go and ask for chips on the side. while I was waiting for my order… I watched a kid try to fit chips in to a pizza box several times, crushing chips. Then, moved to a bag but the actual nachos was too hot for a bag. He moved back to the nachos in pizza box and chips in separate bag. When my name came up and I realized this is my order, I asked for new unbroken bag of chips and the kid denied crushing my chips. He even asked why I didn’t stop him if I was sitting there watching him. I said I didn’t know it was my order but I thought it might be. All happened to fast. The rest was a huge ordeal and truly sucked just for asking for new chips that weren’t broken.“

“There’s something about a simple downtown date that just feels right! One of our favorite little traditions is an afternoon show followed by a stroll over to Giordano’s. It’s such an easy, lovely walk from the IRT or Hilbert Circle Theater, and the perfect way to ease from the arts into a cozy, relaxed dinner. We always order the deep dish stuffed veggie supreme (because the veggirs are so fresh… how could we not?) and start with calamari. And yes… the cheese pull is every bit as good as people say. It’s rich, hearty, and honestly—one slice fills me up, two is my husband’s limit! But what really keeps us coming back is the feeling of the place. Sitting by those big windows, people watching, unwinding after the performance—it just turns dinner into an experience. And the service is consistently warm and thoughtful. Patrick, the GM, has a way of making sure everything feels easy and taken care of. It’s one of those evenings that reminds us how good it is to slow down and enjoy the moment.“

“Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

“We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! Kudos to the management for putting the employees who want to work first!! It was well worth the wait!! Servers keep up the good work!! Happy Mother’s Day!!“

When I tell you this food tasted like HOME, I truly mean that. The moment I took my first bite, I felt like I was back in Mississippi watching my grandma and momma cook in the kitchen; love in the seasoning, patience in the preparation, and real authentic flavor in every bite. That kind of cooking you can feel, not just taste. 🤤 I ordered the Savannah Heat wings with season on top of the fries, and it was a straight 10/10. 🔥 The wings were fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. They weren’t overly sauced or soggy, just the right balance of juiciness, tenderness, and flavor. Every bite hit exactly how it was supposed to. Not only that, I also got their chicken & waffle sandwich, and I had to try it with the Savannah Heat flavor again. The waffle itself was perfection with slightly sweet glaze that made every bite better than the last. The chicken was tender, juicy, with the perfect crunch. Add the syrup on top? Game over: Absolute perfection‼️‼️‼️ But honestly, the food was only half of the experience. The hospitality took everything to another level. I met the mother, daughter, and grandmother. Three beautiful, genuine women who showed real love and care. We had great conversation, they treated me like family, and even sent me off with greens and cornbread. Everybody knows the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach and today for lunch I didn’t just find amazing food, I feel like I found a new family. “This is a very convenient place to get pizza when my wife gets her hair done next door. And the pizza is very good. They will take an order to pick up later and it is always ready. They have lunch specials which we haven’t used yet, but they seem popular. Good variety of pizzas, reasonably priced.“

“I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“
