“The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. “I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“

“We order from this Olive Garden pretty often and have always had a good experience. Last night was the first time our food just wasn’t quite up to the quality we’re used to. I called and spoke with the manager, Sandra, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, understanding, and immediately made it right for us with no hassle at all.

Things aren’t always going to be perfect, especially at a busy restaurant, but I think how a business handles an issue says a lot. Sandra handled everything perfectly and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely continue ordering from this location. “Blaze Pizza is a fine establishment, indeed, and one which I found most agreeable during my visit. The pizza was fresh and well-prepared, with a pleasant crust and a satisfactory selection of toppings from which one might choose according to his preference. I found the ability to have the pizza prepared to my own liking particularly convenient.

The staff were courteous and conducted themselves with proper manners, and I was not kept waiting for an unreasonable length of time. The establishment itself was pleasant enough, and the meal was served in good order. I found neither the food nor the service wanting in any significant regard.

All in all, my visit to Blaze Pizza was a most satisfactory affair. The meal was enjoyable, the service was respectable, and the price seemed fair for what was provided. “We stopped in with family that were in town. We had a mixture of burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken and spicy chicken. Everything was great.
The manager on-duty was in the back helping prep meals for customers. Then he came out on the floor, bused tables, and cleaned the dining area. He also engaged with all the customers to make sure they were good. It was good to see proper management/leadership in the restaurant.

“For the most part, this place has been fairly consistent with good food and service. The only couple of concerns I have are:

1) PLEASE please please do not touch the inside of my drink! I am going to quit ordering beverages. I would love to, but almost every time, someone is picking it up and holding it with fingers and/or thumb inside the cup or glass. That may not be a huge deal, but it's very unsanitary!

2) Please do not handle my food with your hands if you are not wearing gloves and have not just washed. Many many times I have seen a couple of women (I will not say who) picking up food items with their bare hands and putting them on the plate or in a container. One of them had just been fussing with her face and hair! Again, very unsanitary.

While I do not feel this is something to notify the Health Department with at this time, I would ask that you take the necessary action to properly train your staff on proper food handling.“

“I had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A and would definitely come back again. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, which made the visit enjoyable.

The food was fresh and tasted very good. The chicken was flavorful and cooked well, and the fries were also fresh and enjoyable. Everything came out hot and was prepared nicely. The portions were good, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and amount of food. I also like that there are several different options on the menu, so it is easy to find something you enjoy.

“When a bit earlier than lunch time so it was easy to get food. Came out fresh and fast and a staff knows their menu. When it becomes lunch time it can get busier which can take some extra time for your items to be prepared so plan ahead or order ahead if you're in a hurry.“
