“We stopped in with family that were in town. We had a mixture of burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken and spicy chicken. Everything was great.
The manager on-duty was in the back helping prep meals for customers. Then he came out on the floor, bused tables, and cleaned the dining area. He also engaged with all the customers to make sure they were good. It was good to see proper management/leadership in the restaurant.
Also, highly recommend the Chocolate cake!“

“I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“

“I was born and raised in Bangkok. While there are several good Thai restaurants in the Indianapolis area, Thai Eatery is the best. Great food, service, and vibe. I highly recommend Ka Prao Khai Dow (Thai Basil) and Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). Both dishes are among the most authentic I have found in the Indianapolis area.“

Picked up an order of nachos today to go and ask for chips on the side. while I was waiting for my order… I watched a kid try to fit chips in to a pizza box several times, crushing chips. Then, moved to a bag but the actual nachos was too hot for a bag. He moved back to the nachos in pizza box and chips in separate bag. When my name came up and I realized this is my order, I asked for new unbroken bag of chips and the kid denied crushing my chips. He even asked why I didn’t stop him if I was sitting there watching him. I said I didn’t know it was my order but I thought it might be. All happened to fast. The rest was a huge ordeal and truly sucked just for asking for new chips that weren’t broken.“

“Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

“The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. “Normally, I am very pleased with the service and food of this location. I am ashamed, today was not such a great experience. When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK. Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application. Unfortunately, unable to get into a line because it would’ve taken another 10 minutes with only two registers open. I had to leave and go elsewhere but this was 20 minutes of my total time during lunch.“

“We love coming here, but we just notice when we come with all my family we are like 10 and they notice we speak Spanish they send a server that speaks Spanish..we also know English we don’t need a translator and I wouldn’t be making this if it didn’t bother me that said servers make faces at us we never asked for a server that knows Spanish to serve us. They make faces at us or we hear them complain 1st of all we never asked for you don’t gloat yourself when we don’t even need you. next time you see a Hispanic looking family don’t send someone that speaks Spanish unless they asked for them. Also we always leave a good tip this last time this happened the person didn’t even do a job didn’t comeback to give refills or even bread we saw other tables getting a lot of bread we always give good tip if you do a good job when we get a white or black server they always do a good not thinking we won’t tip because we are Hispanic I know that stereotype that we don’t give tip.
Also I almost forgot this server was so bad somebody else came to ask us if someone was already helping us took time to come and take our order.“

“I stopped by Chick-fil-A for a quick lunch and the line was moving fast like always. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and fries, and it came out hot and crispy. The place felt busy but organized, with that friendly service they’re known for. Simple fast food, but somehow it always feels a little better than expected.“

“During my travels I stopped at this CFA to enjoy a nice meal. I really enjoyed it here as the staff were all very pleasant, the dine-in area was extremely tidy, food was really delicious, service was very quick and the restrooms were very clean! “For the most part, this place has been fairly consistent with good food and service. The only couple of concerns I have are:

1) PLEASE please please do not touch the inside of my drink! I am going to quit ordering beverages. I would love to, but almost every time, someone is picking it up and holding it with fingers and/or thumb inside the cup or glass. That may not be a huge deal, but it's very unsanitary!

2) Please do not handle my food with your hands if you are not wearing gloves and have not just washed. Many many times I have seen a couple of women (I will not say who) picking up food items with their bare hands and putting them on the plate or in a container. One of them had just been fussing with her face and hair! Again, very unsanitary.

While I do not feel this is something to notify the Health Department with at this time, I would ask that you take the necessary action to properly train your staff on proper food handling.“

“My husband and I came here today and this guy over here is just amazing. So informative and lots of patience with all our questions and options. Might not be a very good choice of taking a picture of him but forgot to ask his name so yeah.

To the manager: please praise him for handling the floor alone (he was the only taking and making the order at that time everyone else was at the back)

The food itself was nice. We heard a good review about this place from a friend and didn’t regret coming here. The options were just healthy and doesn’t make you feel guilty for eating a lot 😬 I got myself hot honey chicken and my husband crispy rice bowl.“

“My daughter and I came in here for lunch on Sunday afternoon. There was only 1 person working after a handful of call-ins and being short-staffed. The gal behind the counter’s name was Stephanie Martinez and she was running around hustling her tail off between taking orders, making entrees, cooking the food, restocking, etc. She had a great attitude and was still pleasant and friendly, despite having zero help. Food and experience were still great and Stephanie deserves a raise. Thank you for your kind spirit and hard work!“
