“We stopped in with family that were in town. We had a mixture of burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken and spicy chicken. Everything was great.
The manager on-duty was in the back helping prep meals for customers. Then he came out on the floor, bused tables, and cleaned the dining area. He also engaged with all the customers to make sure they were good. It was good to see proper management/leadership in the restaurant.
Also, highly recommend the Chocolate cake!“

“I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“

“I was born and raised in Bangkok. While there are several good Thai restaurants in the Indianapolis area, Thai Eatery is the best. Great food, service, and vibe. I highly recommend Ka Prao Khai Dow (Thai Basil) and Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). Both dishes are among the most authentic I have found in the Indianapolis area.“

Picked up an order of nachos today to go and ask for chips on the side. while I was waiting for my order… I watched a kid try to fit chips in to a pizza box several times, crushing chips. Then, moved to a bag but the actual nachos was too hot for a bag. He moved back to the nachos in pizza box and chips in separate bag. When my name came up and I realized this is my order, I asked for new unbroken bag of chips and the kid denied crushing my chips. He even asked why I didn’t stop him if I was sitting there watching him. I said I didn’t know it was my order but I thought it might be. All happened to fast. The rest was a huge ordeal and truly sucked just for asking for new chips that weren’t broken.“

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? “Normally, I am very pleased with the service and food of this location. I am ashamed, today was not such a great experience. When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK. Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application. Unfortunately, unable to get into a line because it would’ve taken another 10 minutes with only two registers open. I had to leave and go elsewhere but this was 20 minutes of my total time during lunch.“

“We love coming here, but we just notice when we come with all my family we are like 10 and they notice we speak Spanish they send a server that speaks Spanish..we also know English we don’t need a translator and I wouldn’t be making this if it didn’t bother me that said servers make faces at us we never asked for a server that knows Spanish to serve us. They make faces at us or we hear them complain 1st of all we never asked for you don’t gloat yourself when we don’t even need you. next time you see a Hispanic looking family don’t send someone that speaks Spanish unless they asked for them. Also we always leave a good tip this last time this happened the person didn’t even do a job didn’t comeback to give refills or even bread we saw other tables getting a lot of bread we always give good tip if you do a good job when we get a white or black server they always do a good not thinking we won’t tip because we are Hispanic I know that stereotype that we don’t give tip.
Also I almost forgot this server was so bad somebody else came to ask us if someone was already helping us took time to come and take our order.“

“I love chick fil a. I am probably too bias but hey to each there own. Mix it up try different things or just get the chicken nuggets and make sure you buy extra for another day. Once you have it you want it again. Or maybe in the morning for breakfast. There little honey nuggest breakfast sandwich is the best.“

“For the most part, this place has been fairly consistent with good food and service. The only couple of concerns I have are:

1) PLEASE please please do not touch the inside of my drink! I am going to quit ordering beverages. I would love to, but almost every time, someone is picking it up and holding it with fingers and/or thumb inside the cup or glass. That may not be a huge deal, but it's very unsanitary!

2) Please do not handle my food with your hands if you are not wearing gloves and have not just washed. Many many times I have seen a couple of women (I will not say who) picking up food items with their bare hands and putting them on the plate or in a container. One of them had just been fussing with her face and hair! Again, very unsanitary.

While I do not feel this is something to notify the Health Department with at this time, I would ask that you take the necessary action to properly train your staff on proper food handling.“

“During my travels I stopped at this CFA to enjoy a nice meal. I really enjoyed it here as the staff were all very pleasant, the dine-in area was extremely tidy, food was really delicious, service was very quick and the restrooms were very clean! “My husband and I came here today and this guy over here is just amazing. So informative and lots of patience with all our questions and options. Might not be a very good choice of taking a picture of him but forgot to ask his name so yeah.

To the manager: please praise him for handling the floor alone (he was the only taking and making the order at that time everyone else was at the back)

“My husband I wanted CoreLife for dinner and showed up at 7:40 on Friday evening and went to order and realized they were closing at 8. We had the pleasure of chatting with Keno, such a nice gentleman and we offered to take our meal to go but he said there was no need for us to leave. We had plenty of time to have our meal. “Blaze Pizza is a fine establishment, indeed, and one which I found most agreeable during my visit. The pizza was fresh and well-prepared, with a pleasant crust and a satisfactory selection of toppings from which one might choose according to his preference. I found the ability to have the pizza prepared to my own liking particularly convenient.

The staff were courteous and conducted themselves with proper manners, and I was not kept waiting for an unreasonable length of time. The establishment itself was pleasant enough, and the meal was served in good order. I found neither the food nor the service wanting in any significant regard.

All in all, my visit to Blaze Pizza was a most satisfactory affair. The meal was enjoyable, the service was respectable, and the price seemed fair for what was provided. Should I find myself in need of a meal of this nature again, I would have little hesitation in returning. Five stars are well deserved.“
