“We stopped in with family that were in town. We had a mixture of burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken and spicy chicken. Everything was great.
The manager on-duty was in the back helping prep meals for customers. Then he came out on the floor, bused tables, and cleaned the dining area. He also engaged with all the customers to make sure they were good. It was good to see proper management/leadership in the restaurant.

“I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“

Picked up an order of nachos today to go and ask for chips on the side. while I was waiting for my order… I watched a kid try to fit chips in to a pizza box several times, crushing chips. Then, moved to a bag but the actual nachos was too hot for a bag. He moved back to the nachos in pizza box and chips in separate bag. When my name came up and I realized this is my order, I asked for new unbroken bag of chips and the kid denied crushing my chips. He even asked why I didn’t stop him if I was sitting there watching him. I said I didn’t know it was my order but I thought it might be. All happened to fast. The rest was a huge ordeal and truly sucked just for asking for new chips that weren’t broken.“

“Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

She consistently checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided exceptional service throughout our entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a great experience. She truly made our dinner that much more enjoyable!

“The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. I hardly ever leave reviews, but my family is so impressed by homemade that I have now left TWO. Everyone should give this place a chance. (Oh and the French Dip deserves a special mention!)“

“Normally, I am very pleased with the service and food of this location. I am ashamed, today was not such a great experience. When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK. Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application. Unfortunately, unable to get into a line because it would’ve taken another 10 minutes with only two registers open. I had to leave and go elsewhere but this was 20 minutes of my total time during lunch.“

“We order from this Olive Garden pretty often and have always had a good experience. Last night was the first time our food just wasn’t quite up to the quality we’re used to. I called and spoke with the manager, Sandra, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, understanding, and immediately made it right for us with no hassle at all.

Things aren’t always going to be perfect, especially at a busy restaurant, but I think how a business handles an issue says a lot. Sandra handled everything perfectly and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely continue ordering from this location. “I ate Sweetgreens two days in a row and both options were really good. I decided to go the custom build your own salad and a side of Brussels sprouts. I felt like it was fresh and they offer a large selection of choices. I will definitely be going back.“

“Usually a great experience but I kid you not this is two months now (we go regularly) and with the sheer amount of mess ups it’s becoming the standard now.

They forgot nuggets and fries which they corrected. They had to remake two of the drinks, like they didn’t put smores or graham crackers into a drink that’s called S’mores coffee. After waiting 30 minutes for it, they did give us some free gift cards which is nice but the bag was WAY overloaded. They should just give two bags…I love 5 minutes away and by the time I stepped out I pick up the bag and the bottom gives out to spill all over me and the car. Fries everywhere, 4 drinks no carrier offered, one drink fell. On top of this we got like two chic fil a sauces …for an order for 4! It was like a 40 dollar order.

Chic fil a has done right by us for years at this location. Something has changed and this is just sad to see. Still 4 stars since they made it right just be super careful.“

“I always enjoy visiting the Donatos on Rangeline Road. The restaurant is consistently clean, the service is exceptional, and ordering is always quick and easy. My food is always fresh and hot, too.

“I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the care they took the time to ensure no cross contamination occurred with my order and changed gloves frequently. It's the 1st place I went to that actually did things right like changing their gloves when taking money. I highly recommend, we were there until closing and no one shooed us out. Indy's best kept secret.“

“This new Chick-fil-A location in Noblesville is a great addition! It sits in a high-visibility spot, though getting into it can be a bit tricky—you have to navigate through the Costco and dealership parking lots to reach the back where the restaurant is located. That said, it’s worth the quick detour.
The best part is that the drive-thru lines here seem noticeably shorter during peak rush times compared to the other Noblesville spot or the one over at Hamilton Town Center. I’ve stopped by a few times now, and the food is great, the orders are accurate, and the team members are just as friendly, polite, and welcoming as you’d expect. Overall, a solid, efficient location once you learn the parking lot route!“

“For the most part, this place has been fairly consistent with good food and service. The only couple of concerns I have are:

1) PLEASE please please do not touch the inside of my drink! I am going to quit ordering beverages. I would love to, but almost every time, someone is picking it up and holding it with fingers and/or thumb inside the cup or glass. That may not be a huge deal, but it's very unsanitary!

2) Please do not handle my food with your hands if you are not wearing gloves and have not just washed. Many many times I have seen a couple of women (I will not say who) picking up food items with their bare hands and putting them on the plate or in a container. One of them had just been fussing with her face and hair! Again, very unsanitary.

While I do not feel this is something to notify the Health Department with at this time, I would ask that you take the necessary action to properly train your staff on proper food handling.“

“Blaze Pizza is a fine establishment, indeed, and one which I found most agreeable during my visit. The pizza was fresh and well-prepared, with a pleasant crust and a satisfactory selection of toppings from which one might choose according to his preference. I found the ability to have the pizza prepared to my own liking particularly convenient.

The staff were courteous and conducted themselves with proper manners, and I was not kept waiting for an unreasonable length of time. The establishment itself was pleasant enough, and the meal was served in good order. I found neither the food nor the service wanting in any significant regard.

All in all, my visit to Blaze Pizza was a most satisfactory affair. The meal was enjoyable, the service was respectable, and the price seemed fair for what was provided. Should I find myself in need of a meal of this nature again, I would have little hesitation in returning. Five stars are well deserved.“
