Do Not Waste your time with this sorry establishment. You will NEVER get your order properly. You’re told a time and then 30min after that time you’re presented your order that has been sitting out on the counter just exposed, no warmer, nothing. THEN when you speak to a “manager” that sorry excuse of an ill bred human has the audacity to blame me because I didn’t police and self monitor my own order and the employees. All the way from Texas just to have a pizza!! And yall did not disappoint, staff was amazing both the night we were there to eat and then next day to get frozen pizzas to go back to Texas with me!! (Had been 10 yrs since I had Giordanos in Chicago)
Pizza is best pizza pie I have ever had!!
I love Giordano’s, their deep dish is one of my favorites. The service is always good but our server, Tiffany, outdid herself tonight! Highly recommend!
