“Date night at Bocca never disappoints. My wife and I live near downtown, and it’s become one of our favorite spots. We grabbed seats at the bar last night, where Maritza proved she can shake a cocktail like nobody’s business. The carbonara is my go-to—hands down the best I’ve had this side of, well, Italy. The oysters are my favorite in Indy, always perfectly shucked, and the wine list makes me grin every time I spot my favorite Vermentino. You don’t have to be a neighbor to feel like one once you’re at Bocca!“

“Celebrated our son's birthday. Our daughter who is vegan was with us. They were very accommodating to her dietary restrictions. Holly our server was so helpful finding out any info we needed and assisting everyone. Thank you for a great dining experience.“

“We went to Iozzo’s last month for our anniversary dinner. It was a truly memorable experience. The food was fantastic. Nice outdoor patio with a lovely fountain ⛲️ Our server, Jason, was terrific and very attentive. Chris, the manager, repeatedly checked on us. Now one of our all-time favorite restaurants. “Homey but upscale atmosphere at the same time. Quite busy when I went but they fit us in even tho our reservation was for the wrong time. The complimentary bread had a wonderfully crunchy crust. The eggplant and portabello mushroom spaghetti with capers and green and black olives was unlike anything I’ve had before—what fun to try something new! It was so flavorful! And the portion size lasted for two meals. Would get again.“

“Went through the drive-thru and ordered my dinner. I was not familiar with certain combos and without being rushed, Dexter helped clarify the difference in food items. I will say, his customer experience is very good as he made the decision making at Fazoli’s really easy and comfortable. Will be coming by more frequently.“

“First things first- I’ve been to Italy and had “real” pasta AND pasta is not usually my first choice. In fact I probably have it twice a year. BUT THIS… Was. So. Good. Highly recommend the pesto ravioli, sausage pasta, Parmesan garlic toast, and shrimp fondue. Service was great and restaurant was a cute vibe, which feels as important as the food itself.“

“This place was the perfect find. We parked by Victory field for an Indianas game and will be walking back down the Canal and this spot is perfect! Smoothies delicious, pasta amazing, and the fried ravioli was gone within 10 seconds of it being placed down. Great place and would recommend again to other many times!“

“What a nice restaurant. Went there with my wife and grown children for dinner. Nice atmosphere and our waiter was very polite and helpful.
Everybody enjoyed their meal. We started with Calamari for an appetizer. My wife and I shared their Beat Salad. Wow! It was a nice well balanced portion with the right amount of dressing. Very well prepared.
My wife, Daughter-in-law and Son-in-law had the Rigatoni Bolognese. Looked scrumptious and they all said it was fantastic. They ate it all. My son and I had their Pesto Gnocchi. Very well done with great flavor. The only thing my son said that it might have been even better if it was a little more al dente. The texture was unbelievable and they actually melted in your mouth. My Daughter had the Chicken Marsala. She said it was phenomenal. Give them a try if you want a nice dining experience.
Next time in Indy we will go back. So glad we tried this place.“

“The outside does not do this place justice. I'd categorize it as slightly upscale Italian. Inside is middle tier classy. Perfect for date night and celebrations. Food was delicious with the main dishes mostly starting at the $20 range. Ceaser salad was one of the best I have ever had. Garlic cheese bread is on the garlic-y side but we like it that way. Meatball dish was chefs kiss. We asked the waiter for wine selection recommendation and were super helpful. Wait staff was attentive.“

“Go Derrick! Very stand up person! Prompt, warm cheeful tone, and was able to serve our family with the ut most respect! He should be Olive Garden's standard on how to conduct yourselves when no one is looking!
Conversation struck forward when my husband complimented his necklace and leaned that he is also a follower of Christ. Great example of how we should be, Christ like!

“I ate here since I was staying at the Wyndham. This is the in house restaurant. I initially did not have high expectations for how it would go because it took a few minutes for anyone to come to the host stand, and when they did, they said they had gotten “a little busy” (despite the place not appearing anywhere near full) and suggested I sit at the bar for better service. So I did, and it was very smooth from there. My bartender was excellent, attentive and warm but not at all overbearing. Food didn’t take too long either. I think I was in and out with a drink, entree, and dessert within an hour.
I got the Overhead Light cocktail to drink (Beefeater gin, crème de violette, maraschino liqueur). I usually get beer when I drink but this cocktail sounded good, and I did not regret my choice. Very floral and very strong.
I had the grilled salmon entree and cheesecake chimichanga for dessert. I really liked the sweet chili glaze on the salmon. Everything was cooked well. The dish as a whole could have used more seasoning, but it was easily redeemable with some black pepper. The rice pilaf was more flavorful than it looked - it tasted like there was parmesan cheese in there which made it pleasantly creamy. The cheesecake chimichanga was also great. It looks expensive, but it is a large portion that would be ideal to share even if I did manage to clear the plate by myself. I loved the crispy wraps with the cream cheese and strawberry sauce inside, and it actually wasn’t too overwhelmingly sweet.
Prices seem to run a little high. I thought the price for my entree was fair, and other entrees seemed to also be reasonably priced for what they were, but the drinks and desserts were expensive than expected.
It was really loud inside even though the place was only about half full. It didn’t help that the Wyndham lobby also had a loud group in it and the sound carried. The place would greatly benefit from some sound panels in the ceiling or on the walls. It’s an exposed ceiling and all hard surfaces and sound just bounces around.
I wouldn’t say the food was anything to write home about and probably wouldn’t recommend it if you’re local since Indy has plenty of more impressive eateries at this price point, but if you’re staying at one of the airport hotels and want somewhere convenient but classy, this might be your place.“

“We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! Kudos to the management for putting the employees who want to work first!! It was well worth the wait!! Servers keep up the good work!! Happy Mother’s Day!!“
