“We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! Kudos to the management for putting the employees who want to work first!! It was well worth the wait!! Servers keep up the good work!! Happy Mother’s Day!!“

“I was driving through Cumberland on HWY 40 and drove past a sign that read SEROS Family Dining - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner…… I came back the very next day to find out if this place was what I thought it was? Indeed it was, the entire place reminded me of diners back home in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. The breakfast was amazing , I had the grilled pork chops and eggs, my wife had the Capri Scrambler. The portions of food are HUGE! Let me tell you , we will be back, can’t wait to try the dinner menu!!! I highly recommend. I’m a little less homesick…..“

“The food was great just wish they would’ve gave me full clusters but I guess I got those short clusters because of the discount I was given which really wasn’t a discount because both clusters were both missing two legs a piece definitely wasn’t happy about that. Overall, customer service was great ,kind of long wait time but as for the taste, it was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again.“

“I ordered pizza from this place and they delivered directly to our room. We ordered an 8 corner pizza which really is 2 square pizzas cut into 4 slices. It kind of has a pan crust that is crispy. The sauce had great flavor and had plenty of cheese and toppings.

When I called to order they answered my questions and took my order.

To make things better they said 45 min and we got it in 40.

Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly order from them again.“

“Puccini always has delicious food. That’s what counts. Sometimes this restaurant gets a bit overwhelmed because it gets so busy. But the wait staff (at the moment) is courteous! Spent $38 for pickup thru Doordash, after arriving home we found no garlic bread after adding a full order for an upcharge. Received a half slice of tiramisu, pic included missing one bite. Chicken parmesan was simply baked chicken with pasta, scant parmesan and little sauce. Salad was big and tasty. Overall disappointing.“
