“Amazing dining experience at Apicio! From fine dining to amazing etiquette, this place blew me out of the waters.
Hospitality-we were greeted right as we walked in. Though we didn’t have a reservation, they were able to get us a table smooth and quickly.
Customer Service-we LOVED our waitresses. Our main waitress was training another waitress who also assisted us during our dining experience. She was knowledgeable on all dishes and specials Apicio had to offer. I was thoroughly impressed with her abilities to memorize and sound professional.
Atmosphere: I liked the dime lighting and slower feel of the restaurant. Often times, restaurants can feel too chaotic but Apicio did a beautiful job at curating a calm atmosphere.
Menu: The menu is limited for a reason. When you have dishes that taste that good, there is no need for an extensive menu. I enjoyed a NA white wine that was delicious.
Food: I loved the food. My date and I got the bread appetizer to start and it came with a spicy chili oil dipping sauce. Next, we both ordered the Tortellachi dish which came with a creamy sauce on top. The food was divine and amazing potion sizes.“

“This is our 3rd time in Balena. Outstanding experience! Welcomed and brought to the table by owner, very nice, pleasant lady. The same words we can say about our waiter. “We order from this Olive Garden pretty often and have always had a good experience. Last night was the first time our food just wasn’t quite up to the quality we’re used to. I called and spoke with the manager, Sandra, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, understanding, and immediately made it right for us with no hassle at all.

Things aren’t always going to be perfect, especially at a busy restaurant, but I think how a business handles an issue says a lot. Sandra handled everything perfectly and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely continue ordering from this location. “Once again Jack's pizza was delivered to our house. When I called to order Sandy answered my call and obviously my number was shown on the caller ID. She proceeded to repeat my last order and asked if I wanted the same thing. I stated we would like a large for this order but all the same toppings. She then proceeded to place the order and repeated the address. I agreed with what she had asked. She then gave me the price and I stated we would be paying cash. She then proceeded to tell me how long it would be to deliver. She stated an hour and half. I told her great we look forward to receiving our pizza. So less than an hour and half later our pizza was delivered by Sandy. So she is taking orders and the delivery person. Well our pizza was hot and the order was correct as always. oh and Sandy the awesome worker remembered we had two dogs and handed me two treats for the girls. Thank you Sandy and Jack's pizza!!!“
