The Old Spaghetti Factory Reviews
First time - brought my sister for her birthday- 10 out 10 in all aspects. The restaurant itself is very beautifully decorated classical and cozy. Great menu options - I recommend the 3 course dining option-it was perfection-very generous portions so be prepared to take some home. The food was delicious and elegantly served. The staff were very knowledgeable and so kind and welcoming. 👏 Great dining experience and we will make the hour and half drive soon as it was well...read full review
I’m never disappointed with the food or service!! Top notch place!!
My family and I attempted to dine here on April 21st after a 45 minute wait… we were seated at our table for over 10 minutes before our sever even spoke with us . We had never dined here before so we had questions regarding the sauce and she was short and rude with us telling us she’s busy and responded with yeah sure which didn’t answer our question. My daughter ordered a cream soda and after 45

The Old Spaghetti Factory offers fantastic food with generous portions. The 3 course meal includes soup or salad, a main entree, and ice cream for dessert. While a bit pricey, the overall experience is enjoyable. The service can be slow at times, but the staff is accommodating. The restaurant is a unique dining spot, with the option to sit in a trolley car or in large wing-backed chairs by the windows. It is a very family-friendly place, especially for kids who enjoy eating on a train car and taking home their empty Italian soda glasses. Parking is accessible and free in front of the restaurant. The location is in a lively area blending office buildings, residential, and light industrial spaces, making it a convenient spot. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for families with kids, couples on dates, or even special occasions. Many guests praise the food, with favorites like the Managers Favorite, crab ravioli, or classic spaghetti with meat sauce. The house salad with creamy pesto dressing and spumoni for dessert add to the enjoyable meal. The restaurant also offers vegetarian options and is willing to work with dietary restrictions. Overall, it’s a place that leaves visitors smiling and happy, offering a memorable dining experience.
