Visiting Carmel, stopped in Panera for a simple turkey sandwich, repeated order through mic, employee repeated order back still didn't get it right🤷🏽♀ The store wasn't that busy either, unsure why they couldn't get order right. Went back through drive thru 2nd time, order corrected. Employee apologized for inconvenience, but it's annoying when your hungry, you have to go back & forth. They are so nice every time I go!
We stopped in this beautiful town, ate at this beautiful restaurant, were treated to world class service!!! Thanks for being so fantastic!! Any place can make good food, good service can bring a smile to your face and make the rest of your day great!!! Not sure why every restaurant can’t do that but this place was a spot on!!!
