Our server was excellent she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband had the scallops and pasta and the scallops were very good but the pasta was hard and didn't have very much flavor to it. The cheese wheel pasta was very hard and had no flavor. I had the tortellini with sausage and it was excellent. Lobster ravioli and veal plate were good too.
My pesto scallops was excellent! But be cautious! They ask if you want bread then your bill comes and you're charged for it. Same with subbing pasta for potatoes. The server never mentioned up charges and the pasta was $8.00!
Another fantastic evening at Cortona's. Owners are congenial and always helpful. Staff is great! We had Lasagna and Tortellini Cortona. Both meals were outstanding.

Cortona's Italian Cuisine & Wine Bar offers an authentic Italian dining experience with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, making it perfect for romantic dinners or gatherings with family and friends. The restaurant takes reservations and features a menu with well-prepared dishes like Bruschetta, Lasagna, and Linguine, served hot and flavorful. The homemade pasta is a highlight, and the famous cheese wheel pasta prepared tableside is a must-try, showcasing their expertise and providing a full-on experience. The wine list is excellent, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff recommending perfect pairings for each course. The service is attentive and friendly, making guests feel at home. Extras like bread and oil are available for a small upcharge. While the swordfish special is highly recommended, some guests have noted that dishes like short rib ravioli and Lasagna can sometimes lack flavor and portion size. Desserts, including the complimentary almond-flavored dessert, have received mixed reviews, with some preferring traditional options. Overall, Cortona's remains a favorite for those seeking delicious dishes, top-notch service, and a genuine Italian experience. Guests have enjoyed their meal, praising the large portions, especially the chicken Parmesan, lobster lemon ravioli, pistachio lime sauce spaghetti, and Chalene's spaghetti. The restaurant is known for its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff that make everyone feel at home. Some dishes like the bruschetta may not always meet presentation expectations, but the overall experience, including the well-loved crème brûlée, leaves guests satisfied. The affordable bill for a quality meal makes it a highly recommended spot for Italian cuisine.
