Taxman Fortville Reviews
The overall experience was ok. Food was terrible. I ordered short ribs, what I received was two pieces of fat and no meat! You would think someone looked at the plate before they brought it out. I don’t believe I ever experienced a more awful meal in any restaurant. When you pay 32.00 for a meal you at least expect it to be eatable! We will absolutely not be back.
Rude, overpriced, and ruined a birthday celebration. Customer loyalty means nothing here. Won't be back.
Great wait staff and bartenders. The food was top notch! We are from out of town but will absolutely be back! Get the brussel sprouts!

Taxman Fortville offers a variety of dishes that attract different opinions. Many customers enjoy the pork belly BLT and sliders with homemade sauces, while some have been disappointed by the Brisket Bowl's lack of meat. The restaurant has been making progress in improving its food quality and now offers delicious options like the Wit Held beer. The steak and frites remain popular, although some guests miss the salad greens that used to come with certain entrées. Overall, Taxman Fortville provides a promising dining experience, especially for those seeking a tasty pork belly BLT or unique beer choices. Despite occasional issues like out-of-stock items or a cold meal, the staff's service is often praised, and the food generally meets expectations. The dessert selection may vary, with some desserts being less impressive when made outside, but the chef continues to do their best. Recent reviews highlight friendly service, especially from the staff member Dylan, who is described as amazing at customer service. Visitors also appreciate the unique atmosphere and the fast, delicious food once the initial slow service was addressed.
