gave them 18 years worth of chances.the last time was the last straw. the owner offered a refund. never gave it. I will never give this place any of my money ever again. had the owner's daughter not been such a... pleasant person, I might have gotten over the absolute mess that was delivered. I threw the whole thing in the trash. I wasn't going to eat it.

I blame the owner for not taking the time to train his young staff but they are horrible on the phone. I have been hanged up on 4 times and still couldn’t get my answer for my question.
A good staff is only as good as the leader.
Pizza is decent but not worth the headache.
