Jayda has excellent customer service skills and I was impressed with her service. Thank you for having a positive attitude and a smile. I highly recommend that new birthday cake, if you haven’t tried it…….🗣️ GO TODAY‼️🤤🔥🔥
Fast and friendly service. Food is alwaya hot and delicious. I love their crinkle fries and the cake shake.
Fresh food, polite service. The chicken sandwich was a hit on our recent visit, the hot dogs are always great. The Chocolate cake shake is still the best desert option, the oreo milkshake was just ok.

Portillo's in Fishers is a reliable restaurant, known for its consistent quality. The Italian beef sandwich is a standout, with options for hot peppers and extra gravy. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring correct and quick orders. The Greek chicken salad is also praised. While the food is basic, it is tasty and worth the wait, as lines can get long.
The restaurant offers a fun atmosphere, with a classic hot dog and chili dog with cheese menu items. Customers have mixed opinions on the desserts, with the chocolate cake being described as decent but the icing as disappointing. The salted caramel spice cake was also not well-received, with the cake being dense and dry.
Portillo's has a drive-up window, plenty of space to gather inside, and energetic staff. It is also kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. The 6-piece tenders are described as huge and worth the money, with the food being amazing. The decor is also praised as pretty awesome. However, some customers have experienced slow service and a lengthy process of standing in multiple lines.
