“My family likes this place. They are friendly, fast and clean. For a family of 5, it was a little over $80. 2 large fries was way more than enough for all of us. Non of my kids finished the little burgers. It may be pricey but nobody leaves hungry. My daughter picked it fir her birthday lunch X) It must be goood.“

“Locally owned and operated. I was a little put off when a Dan took over for the young kid running the counter, seemed like he might have deflated his ego a bit when he could have given him a ego boost instead through encouragement, but that's always easy to see from the outside looking in. Otherwise the food was good. Not too much of a wait. Some of the prices seemed high but overall we were satisfied with our visit. If we were from the area we'd probably visit again.“

“I stopped by Portillo's Westfield one afternoon after hearing people talk about it. The place had a fun, busy vibe and the smell of grilled food everywhere. I ordered a Chicago-style hot dog and some fries, and it was messy in the best way. Simple, flavorful, and definitely one of those spots that feels like a local favorite.“

“Have been to this location a few times the past few years. The last time was a few months ago. It was a good experience not great. Today was out of the park exceptionally good. Product quality and staff were great. The entire group was cheerful and focused on their duties. Helpful and friendly to guests and to other team members. Their spirit showed in the final product. I have a feeling there has been a management change. Great Job“
