Have been to this location a few times the past few years. The last time was a few months ago. It was a good experience not great. Today was out of the park exceptionally good. Product quality and staff were great. The entire group was cheerful and focused on their duties. Helpful and friendly to guests and to other team members. Their spirit showed in the final product. I have a feeling there has been a management change. Great Job
3/26 - This place was a typical 5-Guys, fairly efficient, pretty clean. I was surprised that at noon on a Saturday the ketchup dispenser ran empty 🤷♂️. You would think that would be something that is checked regularly. I don't stop at 5-Guys to often as I think they are a little over priced.
We were really disappointed. We ordered online for pick up at 6 o’clock and didn’t get our food till 622.. candidly it was during them running a special but regardless a 22 minute delay is unacceptable.
