I would like to give a huge shout out to Mr. Rick. The customer service was more than I could have ever expected. He was so kind and nice. And was able to work with me on my order when I messed up while ordering. I just want to thank him personally for making me feel at home and greeted so friendly from the moment I walked and to the moment I left. Thank you Rick!
Uber messed up on their end with a Pizza Special. I added beef on one pizza and paid extra but when called it was not showing on there. When I called, Rick said he would fix that for me and treated my issue with respect and professionalism. Thanks Rick!
Hit are miss at Papa's every time we make bets if the pizza is good. Under cooked numerous times. Never over cooked. Very few toppings. Go else where. I know I have.!
