Excellent customer service!
Not impressed. We had an app order and an in store order. The app order was for two bowls. They only made one. For in-store, I ordered a bowl with extra chicken. I redeemed points for 50% off an entree. When I went to pay they said the 50% only applies to the basic bowl not the extra chicken.
Plus it took at least 5 min of standing in front of the food for anyone to acknowledge us. This never happens at the Indy Lake plaza Chipotle location. They always have two line people...read full review

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a great experience with friendly and accommodating staff. The location has improved with fully stocked trays, cleanliness, and pleasant servers. Customers appreciate the delicious food, like the burrito bowl and the kids meal with 2 steak tacos. The staff is patient and fast, even with bigger orders, and their kindness makes a real difference. The food is really good and the staff is friendly.
