During my recent visits to this establishment, I encountered a consistent issue with the availability of menu items, significantly degrading from my customer experience. Notably, on multiple occasions, despite arriving more than two hours prior to the closing time, I was informed that the kitchen had ceased food preparation, rendering it impossible to fulfill my orders. This was particularly frustrating during a visit where I had placed an order online well in advance, only to discover upon arrival that the desired items were unavailable due to the cessation of cooking activities.It has come to my attention that there is a prevalent dissatisfaction among multiple customers regarding the cleanliness standards of this location, as well as the recurrent unavailability of food items. Such feedback reveals a pattern of service inadequacies that urgently requires managerial intervention.

This was a great experience. The staff was friendly, especially Erryanna. She was polite, patient and informative. She always has a beautiful and friendly smile when I come in and the food always tastes fresh. This is my favorite location.
I get its chipotle but the crew at this location messes up orders and acts like you’re inconveniencing them by being there.

This place must be under new management!I haven't been to this location in months. Mainly due to the horrible service and lack of food they should have.This past week, the trays were fully stocked, it was clean and they even had salad dressing!The servers and cashier were pleasant as well!Especially, Sadie and maybe Marco…omg, I hope I got his name, right. Something with a M.They were awesome.I'll definitely return.

Went there on Wednesday night for dinner. It had been a really rough emotional evening with family. I came there with my brother and Godson, we picked up food to go. Staff was super friendly, food was delicious-ordered a burrito bowl. Accidentally left my phone there, the workers put it aside and it was there when I picked it up the next day-what a relief, thank you Chipotle!!
