For as much as the burger was, it was extraordinarily bland. The cajun fries and milk shake were really good though. Wouldn't get the burger again, but would get the fries and milk shake.

I loveeeeeeeeee five guys! I get all the toppings on my bacon cheeseburger it reminds me of the Big N tasty from many many years ago from McDonald’s when they used to serve it. I also get the peanut butter shake with most toppings as well & the Cajun fries delicious. I can eat 2 about right now one for lunch an one for dinner.

To spend over 50 on dinner for pick up. To get there a couple of minutes before the food pick-up time. I'm told to wait on fries to get done. Only to wait 20 minutes for the food that was already done and then fries got done. Then, not to be given to food while 18 others got serviced. Along with some of them being doordash orders and other pick up orders. All after I was waiting. Sorry that it's not good customer service. Coming from a person who works in restaurants over 10 plus years.

Everything was wrong from the cashier not being able to speak proper english or coprehend it, to her being rude when I asked a question, to her walking away right in the middle of me trying to place the order to her getting the order wrong and adding items to my burger I can not eat and did not ask for! Very unacceptable & unprofessional service & attitude. I can not even enjoy the almost $10 burger I paid for because of her errors... From the cooks to the management, everyone is limited in their ability to speak clear english.

"**Warning: Do not order from this store if you don’t want to be scammed.**

I can’t understand how this business continues to operate with such incompetent employees, especially the managers. I placed an order through the Five Guys app today, Sunday the 25th, and waited for over an hour. When I went to the Castleton Point store to check on my order, all they told me was to contact Uber Eats. They claimed the driver had already picked up my food and refused to remake it. This is incredibly frustrating—I’ve been left without my food and my money. No one at this store takes any responsibility after essentially robbing a customer.
